Promote dress apparel?

Kicked around an idea that was getting some good imput. In an attempt to promote a professional message and unify our support, should we consider promoting a white shirt and flag tie apparel? This will come across as concerned, CONSERVATIVE, and serious. Any thoughts?

I will wear what I want also.

while I think uniform dress

while I think uniform dress would never work, business casual attire should be encouraged. There is a reason nobody takes code pink seriously.

You've got to be kidding me! I will wear what I please.

I know I'm posting this kind of stuff on virtually every thread, but when is someone going to stand up and say that all of these issues being discussed are virtually pointless?

Wear what you want, bring what you want, do what you want while you are there. Bring your Ron Paul signs, American flags (upside down or right side up), 'truther' signs, freedom signs, anti real ID signs, anti-globalist signs... be creative, and let's make this a march the country won't soon forget.

Agree!

Totally agree.

Be careful...

Nazi rallies were also dress shirts and ties. There's something very statist about uniform "professional" dress. I like the idea of solidarity expressed through clothing, but I tend toward the idea of the Red, White, and Blue - but let the type of clothes be chosen by the wearer.

Colony... Confederation... Republic... Nation-state... Empire... Colony...

Just don't anybody wear *yellow* =D

We'll show our solidarity by just attending and marching, not by wearing special colors. Just my opinion, though.

I agree - this is really important!

Impressions are very important, especially FIRST impressions.

Business casual should be the standard or shirt and tie would be great.
