and then tell the person- that as a conservative you are ashamed of them for supporting such a man...

Would Ron Paul want you to lie?
Ron Paul has been elected and reelected many times on a platform of sincere honesty and moral integrity. He has beaten the system by standing by his morals, not stooping down to the tricks and unfair tactics of the other side. Pretending to be a McCain supporter is lying since you know full and well that you're a Paul supporter, through and through. Claiming to be an angry Republican is more than likely just fine, since you're probably technically both of those. Why not call and say that you're a Ron Paul supporter and you're doing your homework on other candidates? Let them know that we're watching them.
Remember, even if he's polling at between 5 and 10 percent, that number is more than enough to swing an election. Plus the press seems to be humming about "Who are Ron Paul's supporters going to throw their support to when he drops out?", so why not make McCain's camp work a little harder? Answering our calls and our questions takes time and money away from McCain's budget, and keeps his team from trying to get more supporters elsewhere.
Any candidate that doesn't treat inquiries seriously is just shooting himself in the foot.
to me these are serious questions..

John McCain has a terminal illness.
It is reported that he has been diagnosed with cancer of the brain that makes you tell lies and makes you want to be in war for 10,000 years and to do everything in your power to tank the economy. It's a common cancer and apparantly there is an outbreak in our government.

ask the person if it is true that delegates rewarded during the primaries might not really be for john mccain...
ask what happens if they vote for someone else at the convention...
because- you say- you are a strong supporter of mccain-- you even changed your registration from democrat to repub to vote for him...
tell them you are hearing that most conservatives dislike mccain and that you are worried that at the convention the delegates will vote for someone else...
