Democratic Nominee WILL win if McCain is Nominee

If anyone has the campaign's ear, they need to issue a press release, change Dr. Paul's speech or take whatever steps to let the Republican base understand this! McCain is pro-war. No one questions that. Obama and Hillery are pandering to the public about ending the war. Thanks to the MSM and ignorant electorate, the public is buying it. Approximately 70% of the population is against the war. Who do you think is going to win the presidency?? I guarantee it won't be McCain! Dr. Paul needs to start hammering the fact that the Rep. party will lose the general election to the Democrats because of the war issue, which is tied to our economic situation. Obama is already talking smack about McCain and pointing out the "stay in for 100 years" comment. We can still win this! For many Republican delegates, I bet winning against the Dems is more important than the actual nominee. If the Republicans want to win the presidency, the only choice is Ron Paul!

McCain will have no problem
McCain will have no problem beating Obama, they will beat the drum about him being "Muslium" and also talk about when McCain was a POW Obama was in the US doing drugs, things along that line... I don't doubt the GOP ability to smear Obama. Hannity has already started on this line of thought (atleast that is what I was told by someone who listens to him)
Very good....
Very good and obvious point. Obvious to us anyway. I have no idea how the GoP or the "hard core" people in it believe they can win with McCain. I think it speaks volumes about their intelligence but hey... that's just me.
Like many have said
that is their intent. McCain is weak. They want Hillabeast/Obama to win. Just like Bob dole was weak. I think you all know who I mean when I say "they".
My hope
is that Dr. Paul, when addressing the convention, makes this the key theme of his speech. Sure he can hit on the main points that all of us know about, but the fact that McCain will lose to the Democratic nominee because of the war, may be the sticking point that converts the delegates to vote for the only one who can beat Hillary or Obama.
