Class Action Suit Against David Rockefeller?

Please bear with me for a minute...
The biggest problem we have in waking up the masses to Ron Paul's message, is that most people have no idea of how deep the corruption runs in our country. When he talks about Federal Reserve abuses (fake money), illegal wars, misplaced sovereignty (UN), trampling the Constitution, the average guy has no context with which to understand what he's saying. Most people believe that "something's not right", but the globalist media has effectively put them to sleep. Mass and rapid education is what's needed.
RP obviously gets very little time to speak. So limited in fact, that he has no time to educate. No time to explain the last hundred years in sufficient detail for "Joe & Jane Average" to get it. Without context, his message sounds foreign, alarmist and unlike all of the other information they're hearing. In order to bring people en-masse to the revolution, they must first understand the facts of why we need one.
So here's a thought for discussion:
Given that we can't sue the Federal government or individuals within the government; Why not file a federal class-action lawsuit against the private interests that are acting in collusion with our government. Name the entire lot and bring them in front of a Federal judge and jury (on TV) on charges of high-treason and subversion of the interests of the People of the United States.

Drag this sordid tale out into the light of day and MAKE it such a big deal that the media has no choice but to cover it. Let everyone in America come to be educated as to what we're being reduced to for the purposes of a few powerful men.
I'm an engineer and not a lawyer. But I would happily contribute to start this process. If we can find an American Patriot-Lawyer (who wants to prosecute the case of a lifetime) and with the fund-raising skills we've already demonstrated, we could do ALL of Ron's "heavy lifting".

If you study well the CFR, yes they are allowed to free speech, but when it comes to planning of the destruction of the Constitutional rights, a One world government, this automatically means loss of sovereignty, and much more, including treason. And tDavid Rockefeller gets the protection from our tax paid, when does a normal citizen, not a Consul, get Secret Service to protect them? First they want to disarm you, then you can be no threat to them.I have been studying the FED, IRS, CFR, etc., for quite some time now, and I am pleased to see that this was not long ago a subject that no one dared to speak of. Look at Kennedy's Executive Order 11110 and the date. The ones who gave the order, are still here today! I love America when it's laws are respected, but now, it is worth than China. Soon, we'll be seeing tanks move in on citizens. I think the Military is an important part to succeed.
They too have the duty to protect the Nation from enemies foreign and domestic. The new thing is that this "invisible hand" is no more invisible. That makes a huge difference.

I've been calling for Attorney's since I came to DailyPaul. We should all have been recording details and facts from the beginning of this process. There are so many lawsuits possible in this whole mess, it isn't funny. But for some reason, no attorney's are stepping forward. I think I know why. Vests don't fit attorney's. Not really trying to be funny. Sad, but true.

The CFR and the FED would never have happened because people of integrity would have stopped each in its tracks. But, sadly, our government and nation is full of greedy self-serving individuals who put their own needs before their country or countrymen.
The Rockefeller influence is vast and powerful. The suit wouldn't make it, unfortunately. There are too many "hired hands" guarding the Rockefellers, and they are well paid to do it.
Even a RICO suit might have merit, that is, if you can find an honest judge. Don't think you will, though.

Can a private person/entity bring charges of high treason against another person/entity? I thought that would have to been something done through the Justice Department (Government as the plantiff)

Evidence. Documented proof of treason. You want a class action? Start now gathering the EVIDENCE. There are many sites that would contribute information to aid this action. A concerted effort to accumulate as much evidence as possible will attract the right lawyers to handle it.
Documented evidence is out there, witness's testimonies, transcripts, entries in legislation reference the CFR's handiwork and schemes, Library of Congress and Congressional Records.
It is all well and good to blast the evil Machine they have established; it is another thing to proceed with the orderly collection of facts. Ask your many commentors to assist in this collection, set up a SECURE site and begin. Do this and I will assist you, as many others as well. Organize.

The Morgans, Rockefellers all the elitist scumbags of today had hard evidence against them in regards to the fascist coup they were planning, but they managed to worm their way out it because of their connections etc. I still absolutely agree though that something like this does need to be done, I mean David Rockefeller’s got it in his own memoirs for crying out loud.

Suit against the cabal
Well, they use every tools possible against the good Doctor, and if someone feels, like "the Rico" suit or this suit, which in citing their case, I see no misinformation, let them do it. It is a free country. Do it , but not in the name of Ron Paul, but in the name of the People of the United States. More importantly, I think any candidate that has any relationship, direct or indirect with these entities, and who were elected by voters, should know everything about a candidate, particularly their ties with CFR or others. Since their agenda is to work against the Constitution, voters should be aware, that's why in a visual statement(youtube), Cheney said to to meeting at the CFR, I did not mention this detail in his election, with all laughing , including him. What does that mean? Try to hide this fact of ties with un-American orgs. So I think that any candidate that has ties with these organizations, should be automatically removed, because they follow an agenda that is anti-American in all ways. Let me know what you think. It is for me common sense, when your candidate hides the info from these meetings, where big policy decisions are made and members to follow. Please let me know what you think. Thanks

could help to shepherd us through the process. He should know very well how to negotiate the Federal law-machine. Any effort would need to be impeccible in its execution and he should know how to do this so that it can't be blown-off.

I realize completely, the forces we're up against.
I know this is a David vs. Goliath argument (which came out pretty well, by the way).
But we have been lied to. Our brothers and sisters and children have been slaughtered in needless wars. Our hard labors have been stolen by unscrupulous thieves. Poor and disadvantaged people have been jailed and abused for the agrandizement of a handful of self-important elites. These people envision themselves as the "New Pharoahs" and it goes against EVERYTHING our Nation was founded upon. They are the antithesis of America.
We are due a reckoning, and the court system may be our only remaining avenue of recourse. Unlike, the election process, at least it's held in public.
Waste of time and money
This case would be dismissed so fast it wouldn't have TIME to make the papers. It would be dismissed for failure to state a claim. No chance to argue facts. No chance to play to a jury. Probably not even much of a chance to argue in the single hearing you would get before it would be dismissed. Bye bye.
And you would make yourself and everyone involved in it look like a kook.
Nothing labels you as a kook faster with the guy on the street than talking about vast conspiracies.

It is not a waste at all, because doing something like this ....even just the formulation of charges for a case like this...would be unprecedented and groundbreaking.
Activist groups such as ourselves could shine attention on it ..just for bringing forward the case. A lower level Court might actually hear it .. or at least the early stages of it.
YouTube videos and WebSites could be coordinated with it to draw attention to the case. Even if it was ultimately thrown out of Court, this activity is good for educating the public and getting their minds off Britany Spears or whatever.
A book could be written about the case itself that documents all the charges and evidence against David Rockefeller. All of this could be coordinated and rolled-out together (PR offensive). A historical and documented trail would be left behind for all to see.
This is an important step in of itself. When the Country is slipping into third-World status..or...at least Banana Republic status, you need to have someone be identified to take the blame.

As a parallel, Jim Garrison was pilloried as a baffoon and a 'kook' too, for bringing one of the CIA-collaborators (Clay Shaw) to trial in the Kennedy Assassination. Decades later, many people now realize that he was on the right track and that his efforts were purposefully sabatoged and infiltrated. Finally, Civil Rights marchers also lost many of their battles too, but the accumulation of steps and their determination to not give up allowed them to win in the end.

because most of the public have been purposely kept in the dark. They don't know any better, not because their vigilance failed, but because that's how it has been structured by the insiders. The average John Doe age 55 has been fed media lies his entire life and won't know what is really happening unless he is educated by someone who understands the real truth. RP's campaign started the process, but the huge media blackout prevented most people from being introduced to the truth. Most people know something is not right but they don't know what IT really is. If you tell the average person that most politicians are slimeballs they will agree but do they really know what you're talking about? We who understand the truth should continue educating those around us. The real people to blame are the socialist scumbags who continue to violate our civil liberties, artificially create the inflation, wage illegal wars and send our youngsters overseas to fight, brainwash us, corrupt our children, illegally tax us, push harmful prescription drugs on us, continually instill fear upon us, prevent true prosperity, and on and on. Equally I blame the media goons like the hannity's, o'reilly's, blitzer's, and limbaugh's because they have sold out and are purposely telling what they are know are lies to the American people on a daily basis. If we have an awakening and things change on a massive scale for the better, I hope the masses will not forgive and forget and will hold these propagandists in the media just as accountable as the big boys.

Unless you can buy Fox or another network, then they have the minds of the people hypontised. But the law is on your side. The Supreme law is on your side, and these CFR and Bilderbergers, will not blatantly subvert the law, but secretly use the loopholes to engage in an action. The law still is important for them, they just try to bypass it by Executive orders or other such instruments. But the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence is your strongest tool. And many people know of it, not enough to comprehend that these 3 documents were intended to protect the People and give them the power "abolish" a certain form of government. I agree that many won't wake up. They just don't want to lose their perfect little fantasy world. They are like little kids, when they see something scary they close their eyes and hope it goes away. I sent my aunt all the info on the case in which Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler exposed these traitors, along with a lot of other tidbits. She still refuses to believe. She said something like, "Sure, and maybe the earth will fly out of orbit or we will all die of a flesh eating disease". She's voting for Obama because he is, "a great organizer and orator", But when I asked her if he had a plan to get the money for his $287 billion annual budget increase, she would not, could not answer. She said something like, "Give him a break! How is he supposed to know everything before he's even in office", and then she said she didn't think anyone could fix it because our dollar is worth four cents. At least she acknowledged that! She's an educated, intelligent woman too. I just think this is too scary for some people to face. What they don't realize is that covering their eyes won't make it go away and they will have to face it sometime. I do like the idea of the lawsuit though, and I believe it will at least give people "food for thought". Maybe eventually they will awaken.

This would be a private lawsuit.
We wouldn't be suing the government (directly).
A legitimate complaint delivered through the proper process, would have to be heard in open court. As corrupt as they are, they still must maintain the "appearance" of integrity for the scam to continue. As long as this was handled "by the book", I can't imagine why/how a judge could refuse to hear it.
Start it off in the lower (Federal) Courts and then ride it up the ladder.
With a really good lawyer and a few million donated bucks, this could bring about some serious discussion around America's dinner-table.
I'll go on the record right now as saying this will not result in indictments or jail-time. These guys are too big, too slick and have too much power. It's like suing Julius Caeser. But, what it could do, is bring knowledge of this corruption into the mainstream for a much more critical analysis by a much larger group. Expose the treachery.

If it can be documented and corroborated such that their intentions and their theft of our Sovereignty, Liberties, Money, Lives, etc. can be shown in a Court room -- then this could be a very profound development.
Now, the hard part .... our legal system is complict to the goals and perogatives of excessive government secrecy, excessive militarism, Corporate monopolization, and cares little about the rights and liberties of the people themselves. This is especially true the higher up in the Court system that you go (i.e. U.S. Supreme Court).
A 9/11 legal case made against the Bush administration (sometime around 2004) was thrown out of Court. So, the question is how would we surrmount a similiar fate?
This should definitely go forward, but a lot of thought has to be put into the logistics and process -- if it is to create a real tipping point.
