Imagine how much damage we could do if we can launch Freedom To Fascism on the big screen. This would be an extremely powerful punch in the face to the elite. Imagine millions of americans waking up to the truth of the federal reserve and the income tax every day! It could be possilbe if we were able to do this! I have no idea how to start a project like this as I no nothing about the filming industry, but if this could be done, it would be friggin insane!!

You could always buy an ad at your theatre one of those digital ones. How could they turn you down? Freedom to Fascism was made by one of their own after all. I see ads for the local vets and computer repair. They couldn't cost that much. Just refer them to the website. Don't try to distribute it yourself. Why reinvent the wheel. Just get the word our. P.S. put Dr. Paul for Pres. on the ad too...

I went back home to Baltimore last July and looked EVERYWHERE for that movie on dvd to give to my family/friends and nothing. I even went to this privately owned college indy shop swearing that this place was definitely going to have it and they never heard of it.
That movie is the perfect eye opener. Some of the others are not for the Norman Rockwell crowd but Freedom to Fascism is perfect!!!

Of all the documentaries I've given to people in the attempt to wake them up, this one is dynamite!
It's not too long and it hits all the major issues and concerns, with some humor to boot.
Next best one is the Money Masters, but that sucker is 3 1/2 hours long. More indepth detail for those who want to delve further into the deceptions and history.

I ordered from them yesterday and for 50 DVD's the cost breaks down with shipping to $1.46 each. That isn't bad, but it takes 3 weeks to get your order and they do make a point to tell you that.
I am considering ordering from Ebay since time is more important to me right now. Also the price is really good, about 90 cents per copy. I want to get the word out as to what is going on in this country. My states' primary isn't until June 3rd, so I am trying to educated people.

So far I have ordered about 1000 copies and I pass them out all the time where ever I go. I ask everyone do you like to pay income taxes and they all say hell no, then I give them a copy of freedom to fascism and have them watch it. It works really well. There is a guy on ebay who makes them really cheap so it is affordable to order a couple hundred of them and pass them out

I have a meeting tomorrow with the manager of Hastings to see if I can donate a copy to them to rent out. I also am waiting for a call from corporate Blockbuster to see if I can donate a copy to each location.

Today is actually the 2nd
Today is actually the 2nd weekend that we're showing AFFTF. It's a FREE showing, 2 shows @ 1pm and 4pm. Out local Meetup, here in rural PA, went to the theater owner (73 y/o) and he screened it. After seeing it he actually bought the necessary equipment to be able to transfer it to the big screen. The first weekend we did a sign waving in front of the theater. Attendance was ok, could have been better. Today we will not wave signs as the concensus is that perhaps people thought it was a Ron Paul Rally. We will however have lots of RP info, available in the lobby. We advertised in the local papers and letters to the editor were written to help get the word out. I have several copies and they have made the rounds at my work, generating lots of interest for Dr. Paul. Let hope todays attendance is better. His support is spreading here in Rural PA.

I think your idea is great, but I have no idea either on how to pull it off.
I just finished watching the movie online, so powerful and informative. Every American needs to see it.
I do have a few questions.
1.) I called all of the video rental places in my area; Hastings, Blockbuster, Hollywood and even some small independent stores. I wanted to rent the movie tonight however, no one had a copy of this movie. So I asked the guy at Hastings and he said it isn't on his distributors list. Then he said, "well it isn't even that old of a movie." I think he was surprised that he couldn't get it for me. Does anyone know why this movie isn't available at movie rental places? Did Russo's family pull it?
2.) Next I asked the Hastings guy if I could donate a copy of this movie to them so they could rent it out. (I ordered 50 copies the other day.) He said he thought so but I should speak to the manager. The manager was at lunch so I didn't get to speak to him. Now here's the catch, if I donate a copy of the movie to Hastings, does Russo's family get a royalty every time it is rented? What are the legalities of this?
3.) My plan of action is to give a copy of the movie to every movie rental place in my area. That way if I run out of copies to give I can say, oh Hastings has a copy go rent it. Besides others will rent it just because it is on the shelf.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

it was schedueled to show in select theaters and spread across the country. Some theaters canceled the showings :( Where it was viewed cops showed up to show their "presence" so to speak, no real confrontations, but folks felt uneasy at their presence.
that's a bit inaccurate
Here in Oregon we showed AFTF for 2 weeks at a local theater. It wasn't packed but it was attended well enough to be extended (initial engagement was 1 week). No trouble at all and lots of people got a wake up call.
If you can arrange to show it, go for it. Don't let fear stop you.
