West Texas Oil Refinery Explodes

I've seen elsewhere here on DP that there have been oil refinery explosions mysteriously happening in TX, and that seeing yet another one before the TX primary would not be surprising.

So then this should come as no surprise:

"BIG SPRING, Texas — An explosion rocked an oil refinery Monday morning in a violent blast that shook buildings miles away, injuring at least one person, the company said."
