I volunteered for the call in and what an adrenaline rush it was! We got a lot of calls from people who were happy to speak to us for the most part and surprised they hadn't heard of him on MSM

If you do this, keep in mind, focus on what THEIR important issues are, because RP has great positions on everything, so easy to win new converts.

Be prepared for a few Democrat supporters that will try to provoke you, but they usually weren't as well informed on the issues as most RP supporters.

I go to Appalachian State, so maybe I'll get a good response from the folks up in Ohio since we beat their arch-rival Michigan last year. :p (Sorry to all my Paul-loving Wolverines! I still love y'all!) I'll also bring this up Tuesday night at my meetup to try to get some more volunteers. :)

but say that he doesn't have a chance -- emphasize with them that right now it is about stopping McCain from getting 51% 1191 delegates. If he is stopped then we go to a brokered convention -- Ron Paul has a very good chance of winning at a brokered convention. Ron Paul has the best chance of winning the general election agains Hillary or Obama.

Ask them to be a part of a state who sends a strong message to the world that there IS another candidate - Ron Paul and we don't have to settle for what the mainstream media is shoving down our throats.

March 4 is especially important for Ohio (88 delegates) and Texas (144 delegates). Not only will it help ensure McCain does not get the delegates he needs -- it will give Ron Paul's campaign a momentum boost!

I helped out at my Meetup's Ron Paul table at the gun show in Dayton this weekend, and I KNOW there's a huge reservoir of potential voters out there. In about 3 hours I encountered only 1 STRONG McCain supporter, several who are only voting for McCain because "nobody else has a chance" and a ton of people who were just disgusted with their choices. We had several read the Gun Owners slim jims and say, "why haven't I heard of this guy before?"

I don't have a ton of time, but I'll put myself on the call list. :)

I know we sure could use the Call-For-Paul help here in Cleveland. Our people are having a difficult time keeping up with follow up calls in the precincts we've lit dropped.
