You know, I've been discouraged at times about the campaign, and I have come on here and voiced some frustration about some issues, but I'm not from the CFR. I'm a human being who feels bad that his candidate has been either maligned or ignored, when in reality he has so many of the answers our nation desperately needs. I don't have a problem with people getting upset and frustrated and voicing it here. Although there could be plants from other campaigns here, I doubt that the Council on Foreign Relations cares much about this website. Of course, saying that will probably make some people think I am a troll or a CFR plant. Oh well.

I'm a member of the CFR and I'm watching really closely.

With trillions of dollars and world domination at stake don't you think THEY could afford to spare somebody's time to stink up this website and every other potential forum for the ideas of liberty?
I would be shocked if THEY didn't.
The trick is immunizing ourselves (as much as possible) against THEIR poisonous ideas and fragmenting tactics. In fact I think I will start a new thread to discuss just how we can do this.

Please don't be so naive as to think not. They are guarding their empire on every level. just look at the first NH ads,. How bad can they get before you realize that something is up. The disconnect between the HQ and the grassroots. The HQ should have had a much better website. They should have been streaming info through their website so we could see that they are in action and moving along. This would have encouraged us fired us up and motivated us to even more levels of activity in promoting Ron Paul.
I almost never go on the official website. There seems to be more there now.
But Ron Paul needed some help in expressing himself. There were issues that he did not clarify or said in a way that people could better understand.
He came away sounding like a nut by saying he wants to get rid of the FBI and the CIA. Someone at HQ should have caught that and confronted Ron Paul and tell him to say it more like this: I want to improve our intelligence agencies performance by placing the CIA under the National Security Agency. The FBI under another one of the other already existing intelligence agencies of which there are over eighteen. This will eliminate a lot of waste by cutting out duplicating bueracracies. It will enhance cooperation between the various intelligence agencies. Thus eliminating the lapse in intelligence that occurred prior to 911 and could have prevented it. So by doing this we will greatly improve our intelligence gathering and preventing future attacks on the US. This consolidation will also save a bunch of money!

at the risk of annoying everyone regrettably, i'm sending this long email very spontaneously in the hope that it will both inform & inspire you in some measure as we approach a historical day for texas, for freedom, & for its contemporary messenger, our rare & honorable elder, dr. paul.

i was just going to cut & paste a story that inspired me immensely when i first heard it, & it follows, but before i clicked send another similar topic snapped from a tangent to the forefronts of my brain, & i feel oddly compelled to share it.

generally speaking, i do not like secrets, but i particularly dislike those that lend themselves to the suppression of our people. the same as john f. kennedy did not like them, stating in what is been said to have been his last speech (correct me when i'm wrong), "ladies & gentlemen, we are, as a people, inherently & historically opposed to secret socities, to secret oaths, & to secret proceedings. the very word secrecy is repugnant, in a free & open society.. etc."

so i'm staying up too late to offer you something to ponder,.what i consider to be a rather curiously conflicted & wondrous, wretched little secret told to me by an acquaintance who seemed entirely sincere when he stated that he was a 33rd degree freemason. a somewhat reluctant or disgruntled freemason it would seem,

because one day out of the blue he asked me if i would like to hear "the punchline to the 33rd degree of freemasonry."

not being a freemason myself, but from my own very limited knowledge of freemasonry, i understood that in each of the 33 degrees of the scottish rite, a secret or secrets are revealed to the initiate.

naturally, i assumed "THE PUNCHLINE of the 33rd degree" meant he was offering to reveal THE SECRET of this 33rd & penultimate degree.. to me?! no oaths of secrecy or stipulateions required.

an ever curious knowledge seeker, to the point of addiction some might argue, i was rapt with anticipation - thrilled to hear, as he seemed actually to be quite serious.

so while i can't prove that this statement of his is true, this is what he said:

"the PUNCHLINE to the 33rd degree of freemasonry, is, "within each and every human being, there exists unlimited potential. WHATEVER YOU DO, do NOT tell the masses."

A Lesson From The Unstoppable Potato Farmer

"You may never have heard of him, but for many years now, Cliff Young has been one of my heroes. In 1988 when he was 61 years old, Cliff showed up to compete in a 600 kilometer race between Sydney and Melbourne Australia. Far more grueling than a marathon, this five day racing event attracts only the best of the best, world class runners, the kind of athletes who know all there is to know about their sport and routinely break records to prove it.

Cliff Young was not that kind of athlete. In fact, he had never run in a race like this before and, to make matters worse, he showed up that day in 1988 wearing overalls and work boots covered by galoshes. No one considered him a runner – everyone considered him a joke.

When asked by the media what made him think he was qualified for such a race, and what he had done to condition himself for the run, Cliff answered honestly that he was a farmer, not an athlete. His personal trainers had not been professional running coaches who understood the sport, but rather the cows and pigs on his farm – chasing them on foot had gotten him in shape.

Cliff was a real oddity – not only was he too old and dressed inappropriately, he ran with a shuffle – he didn’t pick up his legs well, and as the race began, people along the sidelines yelled to get the old man off the track before he killed himself.

It was obvious that Cliff just didn’t know any better. Living in the outback where televisions and newspapers were still a rarity and before the Internet, Cliff was unaware of how such races are run – for example, that runners go for eighteen hours and then sleep for six to rest for the next day – Cliff didn’t realize it was impossible to do otherwise, and so, he just kept going. Had Cliff finished the race in third or fourth, or even tenth place, his story would have been remarkable, especially since many of his opponents were a third his age. But he didn’t finish third or fourth – he finished first, stepping across the finish line far ahead of the second place runner, possibly because he wasn’t aware of all the “facts” that said he couldn’t. Cliff not only won the race, he cut a day and a half off the world record time!"

It’s been almost twenty years since cliff ran that record-breaking race. every once in a while, as you're considering your goals & whether or not they are are insurmoutable, think about cliff, the old potato farmer and let his story inspire you into action.

When I first came here in May or June the site was totally different. It ran like a well oiled machine, as the site got more popular I noticed some changes.
I don't know who they were but they started asking a lot of personal questions and opinions. They also started using tactics to try to divide and conquer.
Stay and be sure to watch G. Edward Griffin video on this forum it is excellent and help you understand what we are up against.

Do you really think that the CFR as an organization would hire people to be subversive? I think there's plenty ignoramuses that do that work for free for them with no prompting whatsoever.

to assume they have no representation in our ranks. All their tactics in the past would indicate that there are those who are here to observe and be on the spot should any action be deemed necessary. Even here on this site, we are contantly bombarded by supposed Paulites saying discouraging and infuriating things to cause dissension. But, at this point I don't think we are even considered a factor.

are monitoring the DP, subversives that we are. Somehow I doubt it. The CFR doesn't worry about such small fry. Especially those that are prepared to bunker down and start shooting. While I agree that there may come a time when it will be necessary for us to defend our rights by exercising them I do not think that we are anywhere near that depth of need yet. Are you bunker-folk paying taxes still? For those who answered no I hope they are given enough time in their jail routine to read my reply. For the rest perhaps you should take it down a notch and look for a peaceful solution to our problems, as Dr. Paul has suggested on numerous occasions? Instead of buying an extra $50 of 180 grain federal you should donate it to Dr. Paul.
If the CFR is exerting too much influence in government then all we have to do is lessen the power that the government has at hand. We do this by winning converts at the grass-root level and forcing change from the bottom up.

I don't think they really care about us, our numbers are very small, and we are not very influential. All they really needed to do was to have the media say "Conspiracy" a few times on TV, and then add a few "Nazis", and then ignore us.

We are back at Ghandi's "ignore them" stage, having proven almost completely impotent in the short run. RP rarely breaks 5% in the polls.

Of course, if there ar eenough delegates, and they can influence the Republican party, well they might blink, but I am not holding my breath.

And as far as the howling critics like Alex Jones that yells through a megaphone at the Bilderbergs, and those "shocking" youtube videos, I'm sure they don't even notice, and move ahead with their agendas completely unaware the they even exist, that's the level of impotency of these laughing stock critics.

There's a big difference between throwing in the towel on Ron Paul and his platform and throwing in the towel on Daily Paul. One is about core beliefs and principles and the other is a website you like to visit. I don't agree with much of what is written here now but no comment has never threatened, poisoned or dimmed my liberty belief system, nor I suspect the beliefs of many who left DP long ago. Anyone who reads here and comes away with "you know, maybe socialism is better than capitalism" is someone who would have derailed someday anyway.

Since it would benefit the otherside to plant spies among our group. Some of those spies would remain quite well hidden; yet some would surface now and again and show their ugly face and when they do -- TROLL // DELETE // FLAG comes bubbling to the surface from some of us, as it has. But surely not always accurately stating this to be the case, mistakes do happen. And then again some of those doing the shouting may very well be those spies continuing to hide that ugly face from the rest of us, pretending to be part of us. What better way to remain hidden in plain sight than to pretend you are on the side of the good, the majority that does without question exist here in this forum. You know what I mean, like the enemy wearing the uniform of the good guys, kinda hard to spot them when/if they do that. Except there is one major drawback in being that spy and that is the TRUTH eventually must come about if the spy is to be effective for the otherside. I mean there are no secrets in me saying that -- the obvious benefit (purpose, mission) would be to crumble morale, distract, distort, redirect, separate, etc., etc // all those things that any devoted RON PAUL supporter should be able to identify them for what they are. Let's hope that's the case.

Second, in the late 90's one professor was frequently warning people in his news group not to rely on the Internet. In the same news group, he was later accused of being an agent of a U.S. spy organization in the past. It looks like this accusation was correct since it looks like he actually came clean and confessed. In fact, I think he is now against the spy organization, but I didn't pay much attention to this story. Anyway, the point is that he was warning very frequently about getting information on the net. My guess now is that he was very well aware of disinformation efforts that were going on on the net.

Yet somehow, in a way I cannot exactly explain, RP supporters are still a force to be reckoned with...maybe its a matter of numbers.

The crucial issue, as I have been saying in different posts for many days now, is we cannot afford any mistakes, nor can we afford to think that this is going to be easy, or can be done by some formula. We need to think, and rethink, and think again until we finally understand what we're really up against.

That is the basis for a winning plan that I don't think is quite in place and operating at the moment...
