I think Ron Paul should call for a press conference while he's in TX.
(reporters might show up there?)
He should call out McCain for a debate publicly so McCain can't deny being contacted like he is with Huckabee.
Paul would SMASH him!

But I wouldn't put my faith in this site to get any word to RP,even though Michael Nystrom is supposedly on HQ payroll,I found out the other day. I'm not 100% sure,but it did come from an insider to RP's campaign.

It would be great if Ron appeared again on The Tonight Show and challenged huckabee and mccain to a debate!

He knows that RP would utterly school him on everything. My two cents is that McCain's not NEARLY man enough to debate RP one on one.

I would think it would be a great idea to have our great Dr. Paul call them out, but I bet they will not do it. They know that if he is one on one with them, or 2 on 1 with them he will win if he is given equal time. I would love to see McCain, and Huckabee go against the only conservative Republican that actually knows that our foreign policy is tied to our economy.
Dr. Paul would run circles around both McCain and Huckabee, especially when it came time to discuss our civil liberties, they would be speechless, especially since they are both for the bills against our freedoms that have been past within the last few years. Neither one of the other two contenders for the Republican party are conservative and have no clue what a limited government, humble foreign policy, low, or no taxes, a sound monetary system, liberty or freedom even look like. We need to push this issue with the campaign.
Our wonderful Dr. Paul would win hands down over the other two clowns, but unfortunately, I do not believe either one of them have the fortitude or guts to take a challenge such as this from Dr. Paul, but it's worth a try. I believe Dr. Paul should start initiating this challenge now, and try to schedule it after his Congressional race. What do you all think? We need to write emails to the campaign, and hope they will read our comments here. Thanks for letting me write this comment, I try to add my 2 cents in every now, and then. You all are awesome, and I depend on you all for support, and advice everytime I log on, and read all the great information I get from this site. BTW invest in silver while you can, my guess is it will be 35.00 an ounce by mid July if not sooner. We bought in between $14.00 and $15.00 an ounce and now it is close to $19.00 an ounce. If you can afford to do it, it is a great investment, especially with our crashing dollar.

But, only after winning his congressional race. Doing so before his congressional primary, could in fact hurt his keeping his seat.
So win and keep the seat, then, while on a winning streak, then challenge the other two, to several debates.
I think the University of Texas should sponsor at least one debate. If McCain chooses not to appear, his loss..!
Huckster should jump on this since he is not getting much coverage either!

well, you could challenge Mccain to a debate anyday. Unless there is a debate ready to go, who is going to pay for the event? venue,insurance,etc

I can't think of money better spent. HOWEVER, the ground rules should be:
o All candidates receive equal time
o There should be three moderators, and each candidate should pick one.

That would be a GREAT idea! He's had a great response in TX. Even if he only gets local reporters they would have to go nationwide with that.
I feel this is something
I feel this is something that has to happen. Get everyone's attention and let them see who really cares about the people of this country. I am not maxed out and would support a money bomb for this with all that I can send.
