It's getting worse for McCain
It appears the McCain campaign can't shake the Vicki Iseman story and to make matters worse there is talk going around the internet that Johnny was the cause of the USS Forrestal fire in 1967 that killed 132 sailors and maimed countless more. On top of that there is the little matter of pre-alzheimers that McCain is reportedly suffering from! I guess he has the habit of asking bizarre questions and talking to himself all the while occasionally peeing and pooping in his pants! And this guy is the GOP golden boy???

What!? ManicCain has Dementia! Altered LOC! Worse..Incontinent!
"In circuit motorsport, a driver has..."Paul position" when he or she starts a race at the front of the grid."
McCain is vulnarable
but dang it, he's almost clinched the nomination! What can be done about that? A couple of scenarios could play out. The most favorable would be for McCain to NOT clinch the nomination before the convention, and then let the race play out in short order at the convention, where hopefully Ron Paul could make some headway. Or what about McCain's vulnarablilities - skeletons in the closet such as Viet Nam Vets disclosure, or other military mishaps as you suggest. Or, as you note, his physical health. Issues could arise............Is this why the GOP is quietly making a few calls to Romney's people?
Don't be fooled about the media's delegate count
Most of them are NOT committed so anything is possible!
If McLame is pushed out, his will be up for grabs too - event hough the GOP will try to control them.
We delegates still have a mind of our own.
Keep the faith!!!!
McCain hasn't clinched anything...
There's no such thing as clinch in this game. Too many variables. The MSM dumbs-down the process for the monster truck/pro wrestling/soap opera crowd, knowing that in the end, people like to vote for who they think is winning (no one wants to pick the loser). It's a self-fulfilling prediction. Like when a new music album hits the shelves, and the record company proclaims it as the 'new hit album'...if you say it's a hit enough, people assume it is, buy it, and poof, it's a hit.
I don't trust the delegate counts they report.
I don't trust the poll numbers they report.
It's not so cut and dry. There's still a lot of time left, and RP is gaining massive support, which is why the blackout persists. If he truely was the long-shot also-ran, they would portray him as such, mockingly, as an afterthought human-interest story...but they don't. They spend time talking about why Huckabee is still in the race, sighting low delegate count, no mathematical way to win, etc (all true for RP in some respect), but yet no mention of Paul. The only time they report is during the primary, so they can show his name on the screen with the impossibly low % of votes compared to McCain. They are scared as shit about the cats he's letting out of the bag. They know he's got local delegate level support and I'm sure they are trying desperately to figure out how to stop it.
Here in PA
there was a radio commercial AGAINST McSame as Bush!
Was an independent commercial.
They played tapes of what Bush said about taxes, then played one of McInsane saying identical thing.
They they played one where Bush said we would "stay the course" (in Iraq), then played McLame saying the same thing.
Then, they said he was "McSame as Bush"
It was funny!

This buffoon will surely kill us all. Ron Paul was in fact correct, things will come out in this race, he predicted it. It's going to get worse for all of them. Pretty soon, everyone will realize that the "frontrunners" that are being thrust upon us are empty shells, each one capable of destroying this country further...

So that pic of red-faced, grimacing McCain
is just a touch of constipation, perhaps?
Sorry, the call for the high road is probably correct. But a little humor helps this whole bitter pill!

MCCAIN? -- Hey isn't he the guy that had something to do with that scandal that caused the Savings & Loans all across the United States a few years ago to crash and burn? Something (??) about the Keating Five -- Something about this was mentioned earlier in another thread of this forum // Here let me go check it out, be right back:
-- Yep, here it is -- The Keating Five (a reference):
Is John McCain a Crook?
http://www.slate.com/id/1...
***extract***
In November 1990, the Senate Ethics Committee launched an investigation into the meetings between the senators and the regulators. McCain, Cranston, DeConcini, Glenn, and Riegle became known as the Keating Five.
(Keating himself was convicted in January 1993 of 73 counts of wire and bankruptcy fraud and served more than four years in prison before his conviction was overturned. Last year, he pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud and was sentenced to time served.)
McCain defended his attendance at the meetings by saying Keating was a constituent and that Keating's development company, American Continental Corporation, was a major Arizona employer. McCain said he wanted to know only whether Keating was being treated fairly and that he had not tried to influence the regulators. At the second meeting, McCain told the regulators, "I wouldn't want any special favors for them," and "I don't want any part of our conversation to be improper."
But Keating was more than a constituent to McCain--he was a longtime friend and associate. McCain met Keating in 1981 at a Navy League dinner in Arizona where McCain was the speaker. Keating was a former naval aviator himself, and the two men became friends. Keating raised money for McCain's two congressional campaigns in 1982 and 1984, and for McCain's 1986 Senate bid. By 1987, McCain campaigns had received $112,000 from Keating, his relatives, and his employees--the most received by any of the Keating Five. (Keating raised a total of $300,000 for the five senators.)
After McCain's election to the House in 1982, he and his family made at least nine trips at Keating's expense, three of which were to Keating's Bahamas retreat. McCain did not disclose the trips (as he was required to under House rules) until the scandal broke in 1989. At that point, he paid Keating $13,433 for the flights.
And in April 1986, one year before the meeting with the regulators, McCain's wife, Cindy, and her father invested $359,100 in a Keating strip mall.

High Road
People please,
I am more concerned with Sen. McCain’s unconstitutional positions than his perceived incontinence. Let's take the high road in challenging other candidates.
Thanks and keep pushing for RP '08.
Depends
No I mean
It depends on if he has a reason for the incontinence besides just age. The story indicates he did not necessarily know it was a problem, which sounds like middle stage alzheimers to me, not beginning.
You tell 'em
They make adult diapers for a reason you know ... Nothing wrong with that ... just saying ...
My meet-up group last night
My meet-up group last night informed me that the Dems have filed charges against McCain regarding the FEC funding scandal. They report that if he returns to the Senate he will be placed under arrest. Does anyone know about this? Please comment.
Peeing in his pants...
does give new meaning to "golden boy." ;)
My friends, I've soiled myself...
.
Yes, but
Did you sit muttering about it and not realize it was a problem and did you take care of it yourself or did someone have to do it for you. It isn't JUST the act or accident that matters.
Nice one!
.
Did he have to change his shorts...
After he started the Forrestal Fire?
he didn't start it...
he just couldn't reach the fire alarm!
This guy is a real threat to us. How can anyone actually support this disaster of a candidate? It does seem like he's purposely being thrown to the Dem lions, so to speak. It's like they took everyone's desires and told McCain to take a firm stand on the exact opposite.
oohh ohhh ohhh!
Don't forget about Melanoma. And the fact he can't pick his arms up, how is he gonna give high fives!?!?!?!
Not to mention
He can't throw out the first pitch of baseball season!
The GOP still loves...
