If this is all due to the website being moved as someone else mentioned as a possibility, all this downtime could have been avoided if they just set the TTL for the domain to be something like 300 seconds. That's what I do a week or so prior to moving any sites. Then once I do make the move DNS updates almost everywhere within 5 minutes. No 24 to 72 hour waiting period for DNS propagation doing it that way.
Seems to be a DNS issue right now, anyways. The DNS servers that have his websites IP address are not responding with his sites IP address, so your website doesn't know what IP address to connect to when you attempt to go to his site. It's kinda strange...I can get other IP addresses of that service provider through those DNS servers, but not for his website. Something in their configuration must be messed up, or something is filtering the requests just outside their servers. Another possibility is that maybe the website is being moved to a new provider, and the new DNS information hasn't propagated through the internet, yet. It's hard to say...
Either something is definitely not right or their site admin messed something up and does not know how to fix the issue. There is no reason whatsoever for that site to be returning a page that states "This site is temporarily unavailable." If their server can return that page then it can also return even a simple page for Murray Sabrin. Even something as simple as MurraySabrin.com will be right back along with a simple explanation.
