Guys, this is hilarious! When you go to Chris Peden's website (http://chrispeden.org/main.html) there is a window that says"Why won't Ron Paul debate Chris Peden?" When you got to the link it takes you to a youtube video of Ron being asked that question. The funny thing is that Ron's response is awesome and makes Peden look like a total idiot! This is all Peden's got?

Peden is just
being funded by the establishment so they can prevent Dr. Paul from exposing Bernanke and the Fed's actions as the economy enters meltdown status. When the estab. offers their "solution" they don't want Dr. Paul on any of the congressional committees where he can call it out as bulls't.

Dr. Paul has character and class. He knows he would thoroughly embarrass Peden in a debate. He is beng polite to decline the invitation and allowing Peden to save a little face.

I would be intrigued to see a debate between these candidates.
Peden does make some good points in his speeches and platform but he is an unapologetic neocon. He would quickly be compromised in a debate with Dr. Paul on a number of issues. Ron Paul knows the facts, speaks the truth, and frankly is just too good at this; I wouldn't want to oppose him on a public forum. Did you ever see him rip apart Greenspan, Rubin or Bernanke? Though a debate would be interesting and may bring forth light on some new issues I believe Peden is just too small a fish to fry at this point in time.

Only Peden could benefit from a debate. Remember, media exposure? Peden is still relatively unknown, even in his own district. You have to remember, most people don't follow politics like we do. But Paul is well known and popular there.
