People we are probably 2 million strong. No reason to quit at all. I think we see the Republican party is dead. When it comes down to McCain Obama people will look to a real conservative with answers. Wait until the economy keeps falling.

Politics have a lot of ingredients other than logic -- Dr. Paul is the logical candidate for everyone -- it is the non-logical side that prevents us from registering more than a blip nationally (Big Media is only one of them). Okay we've done better than a blip, but there are a lot of folks that still don't know who Ron Paul is or they are still caught up in the "racist" thing from 6 months ago, which means they don't go back to uncover the truth --- was it Cato that said people are more interested in the pebble in their shoe than politics?)

Barr is not right ingredient -- He is less know then Paul, 'nough said.

We need a young good looking Libertarian-Paulian Governor of a strong state -- Or we need a highly public figure that can pull the conservative vote and popular enough to pull the "rock star" (good looks vote). Is there such a VP available!

People are voting for Obama: 1) to wipe away White Man's guilt, 2) because he's the best looking, 3) because he speaks to the 2's (Ron Paul speaks to the upper 90 percentile -- me and you), 4) for lack of a better alternative, and lastly 5) because of all the unions he's sopped up (teachers - auto - actors being the largest and most influencial)!!!

Paul and Barr would be a good ticket.

I could definitely support that ticket before a McCain or Obama presidential ticket.

While this ticket would be immensely preferable to the dismal, inflationist, warmongering, and almost totalitarian Presidential front runners we are saddled with now, we MUST look at the prospects realistically.

How would our hero(es) break through the mainstream media embargo? How would they capture enough "mainstream" Democrats weaned on socialized medicine, the teacher's union lobby, and "global warming", along with attracting enough counterparts from the GOP who are, of course, enthusiastic supporters for the so-called "war-on-terror", "war-on-drugs", "war-on-civil liberties (and civil libertarians)" and every other kind of war which characterise McCain and his odious platform?

I think that it is worthwhile to start to discuss what we can do to save our country--and educate our fellow countrymen--after this election recognising that it will either be the Stupid Party's candidate or the Dumbercrat who will infest the Oval Office.

I think that maybe an effort to regain his old Congressional seat (as a Republican, if possible) on the part of Mr. Barr with Ron Paul's endorsement, may be worth considering. Also, the building of Georgia's Libertarian Party for a 2010 run for Congress should be undertaken! Whether he regains his old seat or not, We need all the Ron Pauls and Bob Barrs we can get!

Ha! No way. It's Goldwater Jr. Can't you see what's going on? McCain doesn't speak to the party's base and so Ron Paul gets the Goldwater and Reagan Republicans at the convention!
