HQ can't tell or organize grass roots or it's not independent.

I like Devvy Kidd's proposal.....
A rally at the GOP Convention in Minneapolis. Much more prudent and definitely more logical. If we're going to do this let's DO IT RIGHT.
We won't be able to get near enough to the convention
I heard that we would be miles away. That is the only
problem.
We may not be able to get the permits.
But as the eternal optomist, maybe there IS a way.
But it should be checked out.
