It seems Mccains biggest

It seems Mccains biggest adversary in the election is himself. He gets himself into trouble all the time with his actions or comments. He always need someone to come hold him under the arms.

Bloomberg

I think they will have Bloomberg be their VP and then run the country like they did with Bush and Cheney. Bloomberg/ for McCain like with Cheney pulling the strings for George.

Yeah, but what's the difference? McCain wanted to run on the Democratic ticket back in 2004 as John Kerry's VP... They don't care what party they get the nomination for, just as long as they get in to power is all that matters to them.

Manchurian Candidate Woes

McCain is not only having problem with the Federal Elections Committee (FEC), he is up to his neck with the Federal Elections Committee Extension Service (FECES). McCain, not known for his patience, has stated that he is tired of dealing with this FECES.

Yes, McCain

has stated that he has had it up to his neck with FECES.

McCain is just a hard ass,

Ballot access is the big issue

In my opinion the loan is a side issue, the big deal is the ballot access. If he used the program to bypass the signatures, he has to stay in the program or he was on the ballot illegally. How many States this affects isn't clear but I've heard Ohio, Pennsylvania, Delaware maybe Kentucky. This involves a total of 225 delegates, of course not all bound but that doesn't stop the media from giving them to McCain. It really sounds like this is what is called being between a rock and a hard place!

The issue that is

The issue that is non-negotiable is that McCain has to wait to be released by the FEC to break the spending limits. He is not going to wait. He has openly dismissed the FEC on the grounds that his lawyers say the loan means nothing. But he has to wait until the FEC says he is off the hook, even if his lawyers are right.

He has openly DISMISSED the FEC? Sounds JUST LIKE BUSH when

the laws don't suite him either! He just BREAKS THEM and dares anyone to challenge him!
I can hardly WAIT for the Swiftboating, the Vietnam Vets and all the vets groups start their attacks! McInsane has no real supporters or base, and he knows it! The Black Boxes are his voter base!

And here's the kicker--the FEC CAN'T release him!

They don't have a quorum of commissioners to meet to do so, and the Bush nominees for the seats are not getting confirmed by the Democrat-controlled Senate, nor are they going to be heard anytime soon.

So thank the Democrats for handcuffing him. Dontcha just love Inside Baseball?

I have heard some discouraging rumors about that

I think it was OH that I read somewhere was stating the candidate only had to be eligible for the funds to use that ofr ballot access. I do not know if that is true or not.

Whatever happens here, it looks like the Democrats will be

the benificiaries. Let's say they hold up the nominating process, thus making it impossible for McCain to spend anything, this benefits Hillary and Obama.
Let's say they go ahead and seat the nominees and they vote against McCain, this again benefits the Democrats. Let's say they seat the nominees and they vote for McCain, this still benefits the Democrats because we all know McCain can't beat either Democrat, and this just gives them more ammunition against his ethics. So, the way I see it, the Democrats are truly in control here. McCain will get away with it, either way, because that is how things work here in Oz.

Hmm.. you don't say.

It's seems to good to be true for the democrats. Like if someone planned that way even. Hmm...

The enemy of our enemy is ...

This isn't a bad thing, the Dems weakening McCain. A weakened McCain means more flexibility at the convention; and I'll be damned if I vote for McCain in the general election anyways.

I only came back to the Republican party because Ron Paul was running and I could actually vote for him. I've always been uniquely jealous of those Texans in District 14; their chances to vote for Ron Paul do to location.

So McCain be damned! I hope he burns with the whole ship.
