March in St. Paul, not in Washington!

I don't want to affend anyone who lives in Washington D.C. But why would I want to even go there! I prefer to spend my nickel in St. Paul by getting there a few days early, help set up signs and motivate undecided delegates when they arrive. We should start setting this up in advance. Perhaps we reserve campgrounds for those into camping, arrange with local supporters of Ron Paul to rent a room at their home and of course get the cheapest rates on hotel rooms before the prices go up. Imagine if we bought out the town there wouldn't be any place for McCain delegates to stay.
Time to have fun, go out and become a delegate. See you all in St. Paul.

The point of the march...
...is being seen and heard and the best place for that is in D.C.. Imagine MLK giving his famous "I have a dream" speech in front of some unrecognizable mid-western warehouse and you'll begin to understand the significance of a D.C. march/rally. If it took place in the mid-west the media could hide it with little effort.
Just my opinion.

And I'd also like to get there a day or two early just to help set up the event. I'd be willing to do whatever (within reason of course) might be necessary to help get this March-thingy on the road, so to speak. Distributing signs, posters, stuff like that -- no problem.
I'll go wherever the 'official' Grand March is to be held.

This was brought up a little while ago, and Dr Paul said specifically Washington. We could do both, but we cannot change the march intended for Washington.
