Try to think: WHY do I want/need to hear from Ron Paul?
What do I expect or want him to say?

I think I'd like him to say: OK folks. Now's it's full steam ahead. Our chances are better than ever. Let's do this, and this, and this.

Maybe he is getting ready to say that. Maybe not. Remember, he has said that he has been very surprised at the incredible success so far. Maybe he needs to be shocked again.

I think what we don't fully grasp is that Ron Paul may not be an ambitious power-hungry politician who is consumed with winning the presidency. That's great for America, but hard for a campaign. We have to be the fire, I guess.

Under a Ron Paul presidency we will have to think on our own and take care of ourselves. This is a way of life. This campaign is helping us to do that. We are learning to rely on our own resources. No dictator president giving us speeches and directing our every move. No fed (campaign) taking care of our lives. No moneybomb (taxes) collecting up the big bucks and then paying for staff and ineffective advertising. Use your dollars doing what is right for you and your neighborhood! Skip the money bomb and buy your own signs. Make up fliers and mail them to your neighbors. Contribute to specific projects that YOU think will work. Prepare your family for financial hard times and disasters, so that the government won't have to take care of you.....any other ideas?

I just waiting for the rest to catch up.

We have to think beyond 08, as well as keep supporting Paul and Paul like minded candidates.

Keep the faith brother, we will take over if we keep hammering home how American socialism is heading for a big fall.
Remind people were the largest debtor nation in the world because of socialist politicians.
Change debate from making new government programs to defecit and especially the debt. Tell them the only way to fix things is start cutting programs drastically, reducing or reforming them to make things trim and efficient.
Balanced Budgets, reducing spending, making existing programs smaller, etc... ought to be the subjects of every debate we enter into.
From security to economy people need to know we must become a lendor nation to remain strong and survive.

Come on, is this not obvious??? We are the leaders. Stop waiting. Every single one of us has to become a leader. Ron Paul is not Christ. This Revolution dies when it's supporters stand around waiting for a "leader".

I would expect that much like with the Feb 5th debacle, we will not hear anything from the "official" campaign until near the end of the week, probably Friday or Saturday (why then? because on the weekend, calls to HQ can be more justifiably "disposed of" with the standard "I'm sorry they're not in." line).

The "message" will consist of a rather confusing (misleading? ambiguous? poorly worded?) email will likely be sent out nationwide from someone at HQ... and instead of clarifying anything, said email will probably confuse people even more.

Dozens of different explanations, excuses and theories will be propounded on various forums as to what the email *really* means, etc.

All to be "corrected" by some later minor half-hearted attempt (meaning one with *limited* distribution) from the candidate/campaign in the form of a Blog post or video clip which seeks to "clarify" the message for any negativity or problems with the previous message and throws the blame on some minor, unnamed, "staffer" for sending the wrong email, or sending it too soon, or perhaps that the dog accidentally hit the "Send" button by mistake.

(OK... you can start with the troll accusations now...)

Are you on the official campaign's email list? Ron Paul sends messages out via that somewhat often. I'm sure everyone is waiting excitedly for the next video message - I know we all can't get enough of our Champion.

Here's some good news for you. One of my acquaintances was all for Obama. We have very good political chat whenever we are hanging out at a friend's place. Anyhow, we asked him why he supported Obama... he couldn't quite figure it out other than to say he was for change. Sure enough, two weeks later that acquaintance is now supporting John McCain. He says it's because he doesn't trust Obama or Clinton to keep us safe from the terrorists. Me and my other friend advised him that McCain doesn't care if we are in war for 100 years, 1000 or 10000 years. I asked him how he expects the U.S. to pay for all that war when we are already going broke. I expect that within the next few weeks he will be joining our revolution.

Two other friends of mine are asking about Ron Paul more often now as well. They are also Democrats, but it looks like they are searching for better options.

People are gravitating towards our revolution. As Ron Paul says, freedom is popular. It really is, regardless of political affiliation Americans do love our freedom. When given the chance at true freedom, peace and prosperity most of us run towards it and don't look back.

Things are getting much, much better for the revolution. Especially now that there are only two.

You may wanna try some Concerta or Ritalin to treat your issue with "instant gratification".

We went to our precinct conventions and everyone who went became a delegate. We are a force already in our local GOP. I feel like a weight has lifted off my shoulders in some ways. I no longer think that RP is going to get the nomination, I no longer care, I now am more confident than ever that we are going to win the war. It is Zen like, like a Japanese movie where the hero of the story dies, but in defeat he wins. It is like Obiwan Kenobi getting killed by Darth Vader, they think they won but they just planted the seeds of their own destruction.

Third party is no answer, we are a fractious 5% of the population that will sit in the corner and argue amongst itself. In the GOP, we are 5% of the population that will shape the future of the party, will eventually dominate the leadership and will do it by educating, explaining and cooperating with the other 75% of the GOP (and 50% of the Democrats) that share most of our views but have just forgotten. These elections measure the breadth of support of a candidate, it doesn't measure the depth, but what happens after and between the elections is much more a matter of depth, and commitment, than that of breadth, and it is there that we are making a difference.

There is life at the end of the tunnel my friends!

Personally, participation rekindled my enthusiasm for the campaign. A lot of the neo-cons in Houston, where I live, switched over and voted for Hillary Clinton. Those people are now registered Democrats and cannot oppose the grassroots Ron Paul movement by participating in Republican party politics. This didn't just happen in Houston, but across Texas from what I hear. More importantly, our movement is well organized, and stands to secure delegates for the state convention, just because we are participating. Most of us are doing this without even mentioning the name Ron Paul.

The press is assuming that John McCain has enough delegates based on the popular vote. As you and I well know, we do not live in a democracy, we live in a republic. In a republican form of government, a small involved minority can gain control of power by being involved in the process, no matter the popular vote. If the supporters of the popular candidate do not show up to defend him at this basic level of politics, then that candidate cannot win.

We are presented with an opportunity to literally take over the Republican party. We are finding out who we--Ron Paul supporters-- are; as well as those who oppose us, and those who can be persuaded to our side. We should accept all who will be persuaded to our side making for a big tent party. We should kick those who oppose us out of the party. Let them merge with the democrats to form a new statist party. Let us accept all, from both sides of the isle who support the constitution. There is nothing nefarious about this. This is politics. Politics, by it's very nature, is cut-throat and brutish.

I would now like to address those who identify with the far-right of our movement. I welcome you to our cause and I find your enthusiasm for the things you believe inspiring. That being said, you need to tone down your rhetoric for mass consumption and focus on getting Dr. Paul's message to the people. All I am asking is that you refocus your energy and passion to not show people the reason why things are so absurdly messed up in our society; but to instead give them hope by showing them there is a way out. Instead of informing them that all of the world's money is controlled by an inbred family of European goldsmiths, try to focus your efforts by explaining why sound money is a better idea. Like you, I am outraged by the things that I see and read about daily. Like you, I have questions, and like you, I despise undeclared perpetual war. There are things that every American needs to know, and that time will come. Now, is just not the time to focus on these things. We as Ron Paul supporters need to get control of the situation first, and place blame later. I am not asking you to forgive or forget, just to refocus your message.

So, take faith. It is up to each and everyone of us to be a leader. In my opinion, we are getting stronger, not weaker. Remember, we are all born free men and women. We do not shrink from debate. We do not need to ask direction, or follow instruction. We know what is right. We are learning, adapting, and molding into a powerful political force, and we will not be denied our rights under any circumstances. This scares the hell out of the establishment, and it should.

A pack of unfed wolves. Barking and whining at the gate to be fed. Give the man a day to catch his breath and then we will hear from him. We know the agenda. He doesn't have to hold our hand every step of the way. Work on the other states. Get invovled with the other states. Write letters to their papers. Write letters to their stations. Get on their calling programs. Go visit relatives there and work. Communicate with their meetups. Lend support, not division. Your post is divisive. Hold yourself together. Give the man a moment.

Are you a Precinct Leader?

If not, then what further direction do you need? You're not doing what he already asked you to.

Your state's already voted? Then become a Precinct Leader and do the "ID Out of State Voters" option.

Do you live near a neighboring state whose election is coming up? Get over there and help them win.

Do you have supplies left over? Find a way to get them to the states that need them.

Do you live in one of the 14 states that need delegates? Have you signed up to be one?

Find a Huckabee or Romney delegate and convince them to vote for Dr. Paul.

There's still plenty to do!!!

The R{love}ution is not over unless we surrender! Ron Paul said that he would stay in this as long as he had our support. If his army deserts him, he'll have no option but to surrender. He is not failing us, we are failing him.

You're also not grasping the big picture. This campaign is but the first in the R{love}ution. The R{love}ution will go on long after this election is decided, whether Ron Paul becomes the President or not.

Don't nominate every Democrat's favorite Republican!

The media and political establishment want you to think John McCain's nomination is inevitable!

They think you're stupid — and that if they tell you what to do, you'll simply do as you're told… And they would like nothing better than to nominate the Democrats' favorite RINO!

Ron Paul has been through a lot.
He is probably regrouping right now.

When he is ready - he will communicate.

In the mean time, do what he already asked.

Join the Precinct Program. Help the states that haven't voted yet.
Promote the March. Buy his book and get others to do so.

Continue to talk about him and the ideas. Wake people up.

Run for office. Donate to the Campaign.

I too am somewhat unsure what to think right now. But we do
know he asked for us to do ALL of the above.

So let's just do it. Imagine if ALL 1800000 precincts were covered?

We CAN take this country with that alone. If not now, then in 2010
we can take all the Committee positions. This is where we can
take the Country. Just do it. Join the Precinct Program.

I am certain that this is what is the key. Imagine getting a flier
to every Republican voter in every precinct. Impact?
Huge. DVD? Outrageous.

The tools are in our hands. We need to get this going now.
