I am taking Ben at his words to Ron Paul.
#1 Ron is right
#2 the way to get rid of the FED is for Congress to dismantle it
I am joining jbs.org today and did join the meetup. This is an existing professional group with a slick glossy magazine and everything. This as well as Ron's liberty pac should me both member bombed and money bombed. Both groups are already "in the pipeline". I am getting 100 copies of the MEDIA CARTEL and the NAU magazines. These are pro magazines people will look at.
OK, JMO, so all of us need to join these two things and also what ever group your meetup sets up to merge the meetup with. If they decide to do that.

I feel kind of bad for him
I know it is kind of weird. He seems to repeatedly tell Ron Paul on Cspan that he is just doing what congress has asked.
He always seems red a bit in the face and I think at times he agrees with Paul but cannot say so.

JBS is a sound organization
I am a John Birch member and have even been a chapter leader until my family obligations forced me to step down. This is a sound organization which has been around since the 50's. It is on the cutting edge of exposing the North American Union, NAFTA, the border security crisis, the monetary crisis, etc.. Basically all of the issues Ron Paul has taken a stand on. It is worth your time and support.

I have tried in vain to document that quote about banks. The Unibersity of Virginia (which Jefferson founded) contains a great body of Jefferson's writings. That quote is not among them. I did find one that says essentially the same thing, but I did not bookmark it at that time. Reference to the modern terms of inflation and deflation suggest the quote is a modern paraphrase of the original.

You are right about the NRA
I am a member of the NRA and all I get from them are requests for more money and solicitations to switch my car insurance to AIG. I was in a gun shop last weekend and the owner said the NRA does nothing for you unless you live south of the mason-dixon line.
I looked at the gun owners of America. Someone good with html skills should help them fix up the site. All these RP sites look great.

The John Birch Society is the best place to get information, and to help educate the American people. I suggest everyone look into this great organization.
Sadly, it's true about the NRA. I am a life member, but I have joined Gun Owners of American, because we can't depend on an organization like the NRA to defend our civil rights against the anti-gun lobby that seeks to disarm the American people. The NRA has over three milion members, and a history of selling us out. If we were able to oust the current leadership, the NRA could become a formidible force in protecting our rights.

We just did a gun show for Ron Paul today and more and more gun owners are waking up to this fact.

I've heard of the John Birch
I've heard of the John Birch Society and it does actually seem like a good organization to join. There are many good organizations to join/support and us members of the revolution ought to be doing that. I'll learn more about JBS very soon.
Last week I was talking to a friend (another RP supporter) about the upcoming Second Amendment case that will be in front of the Supreme Court this month. Both of us will be joining the NRA simply because we see doing that as a way to help defend and preserve our rights under the 2nd amendment to the constitution.
We need to support any and all organizations that are fighting for our freedoms and liberties!

sold us out December of 2007. Flat out. So most everyone I know are backing out of the NRA totally.
