John McCain Takes Photos With 9/11 Truthers! SPREAD THIS!

Then saying something like:

"Oh really? McCain was talking to them? Maybe there's something to all that 911 truther stuff after all..."

not using it to "tar" McCain, but using McCain to advance the ligitimacy of that "movement" in the eyes of others.

Edit: Reading some other comments, I don't think this is immoral to lead this way. When I was afraid to swim, it took someone pretending to drown for me to overcome my fear of water and dive in to save them. Sure, years later I found out they tricked me, but by then I knew the truth of how to swim... very forgiveable. I was in my own way and had to be led. Some people you can't just speak the truth to, you have to show them the path so they can find it themselves. They usually never let you know you changed their mind either.

So what? I have to say that again: So what if a group of people with T-shirts and hand-printed signs confronted MCCAIN on the street with questions and photographs? That certainly didn't seem to be his wishes -- in fact he seemed to want to get away as quickly as he could. So what if he was asked a couple of questions about 9/11 truths? -- He certainly didn't answer truthfully. He never has.

-- And so what if the MSM elected not to publicize this?

Trying to associate MCCAIN and RON PAUL's treatment, in any kind of 9/11 association, as something of equal wrong because what one did or didn't do // seems wrong in itself, to me.

To think that MCCAIN 'will ever' be discredited by the media for anything he did or didn't do, be it equal otherwise or not (since he is the obvious power-hungry corrupt 'pick' among the litter of presidential candidates) is more than a bit naive.

Now to quickly shift gears here for a moment:
-- Some people think that 9/11 truth seekers are a bunch of wacko nut jobs. I don't think that at all; some of us actually believe the death of thousands of innocents, and major big time destruction of property, needs a complete understanding as to the Who, What, When, Why & How of it. Our government obviously doesn't // Our MSM obviously doesn't. Those are known factors, for sure.

-- Some people out there seem to think that any association with 9/11 truth seekers is a bad thing. Well, I don't; in fact I think it's a good thing. To me it matters not if it should be RON PAUL (who for reasons of his own has chosen to distance himself from those concerns, good, bad, or otherwise) or be it a JOHN MCCAIN -- it doesn't matter to me one way or the other. What matters to me is anyone trying to turn the TRUTH into more lies. So I partially understand the Poster of this Thread, and their point, but at the same time I must continue to say -- So What? Nothing here to get all upset about. People confront people everyday on the street, some invite it, some don't. In this case it appears as if MCCAIN didn't invite it.

Now something else to say:
-- Knowing that the truly 'bad guys' in this are not 9/11 truth seekers and knowing that the truly 'bad guys' wish to keep 9/11 truth seekers appearing as a disjointed bunch of wacko nut jobs // I believe in some cases those who would wish for the public to continue seeing us as wacko nut jobs could very well be disguised as unruly groups or false 9/11-individuals themself in the process. What I'm suggesting is that the Psyops out there at work could very well be using 9/11 truths against us -- or -- at least be trying to do that by painting us as wacko nut jobs.

All the people I have encountered in this 9/11 truth movement are passionate, intelligent and caring people who want answers to the lies that is obvious our government wishes to continue to keep distorted and/or secret.

In other words: Some others 'possibly' masquerading as 9/11 truthers --

-- Hey, didn't the Nazi initially 'dress up' dead soldiers and pass them off as 'bad guys' thereby helping foster and spread their own lying agenda? I seem to recall hearing that somewhere.

So what's so different than the government 'dressing up' some of it's own supporters to try and discredit the 9/11 truth movement? I see it as a possibility for sure. They're not 'truthers' at all BUT it could very well be the ones screaming and acting foolish might be made to appear that way (like for example trying to associate RP with a group of wacko nut jobs by insinuating such -- comments from FOX News & also Glenn Beck for example; or throwing snowballs and chasing some jerk news reporter named Hannity down the street; or maybe disrupting a mainstream Comedy show like Bill Maher or a mainstream TV show with a wide audience like Geraldo Rivera not long ago -- or maybe even confronting people like MCCAIN on the street corner) -- might these people 'not be' what they appear to be at all?

-- You have to admit there is always that possibility. Guilt through association. A psyops. Actors pretending they are 'truthers' to help discredit the entire movement. Any possibility of that you think?

Well, again, generally speaking, I believe 9/11 truth seekers are the most intelligent among us. They see the lies where others are still asleep to the obvious. They do scientific research, they write intelligent fact finding books (giving credit there to David Ray Griffin as one example only) -- while others seem to SHOUT & SCREAM from their audience seat and by their actions alone make the entire group 'seem' like wacko nut jobs.

-- But not all what we see is necessarily truthful, now is it.

Hey, the same can be said for 9/11 at it's very basic roots -- what we see being necessarily truthful. Not that for sure.

I'm actually pretty disappointed how much support this "strategy" is gaining. Mostly because it's slightly hypocritical. How did we feel when they tried to make a direct link between Ron Paul and the truthers just because he went on Alex Jones' radio show, or because he had so many truthers support him? It was a dirty trick then and it still is now.

For all his faults, John McCain is certainly not a truther, which is OBVIOUS to everyone on this forum. So why stoop to dishonesty to win this election? This is a campaign of ideas, and Ron Paul himself has clearly rejected the shadiness that would get him more votes and decided to stick to his message of freedom (and probably HONESTY too).

To employ these kinds of tactics does a disservice to Ron Paul's message. I will not support it. Stick to your basic blocking and tackling guys - spread the message of liberty and free markets.

To suggest that MCCAIN spent any valuable time with the 9/11 Truth Movement is a long s-t-r-e-t-c-h of the imagination, folks -- sure he was confronted by a few folks on a sidewalk entrance to a building; and then again when they waited for him to return to the sidewalk; and the only thing I can say about that is he didn't run immediately away -- he walked away after a few photographs. But at the same time he gave nothing and would accept nothing in return as pertains to 9/11 truths. Some of you out there quick to want to make this into something (when it is nothing) shows me you have no understanding (yet) of 9/11. I still think McCain is a poor candidate, but, to be honest, this is a good sign.

If McCain is distancing himself, then that means the Admin really has no allies left of any significance. I think they are going down.

Someone should call into John Gibson's show (I don't have the patience for it). I've listened to his show twice when skipping though SIRIUS stations and both times he was claiming that Paul was a 9/11 truther because he doesn't specifically denounce them publicly every chance he gets.

I also laughed out loud at Gibson the first time I heard his show when a caller mentioned that he couldn't vote for Rudy because of his three marriages. Gibson goes into a big defense of Rudy trying to play multiple divorces like they were a positive saying that they showed he could make tough decisions. Gibson then lets out that he himself is on his third wife. Real prop family radio on Fox.
