I'm in Jones County where 9% voted for Ron Paul. We kick butt!
Jones County has an independent streak and earned the nickname "Free State of Jones" for our "disdain for organized governmental authority" back in the 1800's.
I canvassed continuously for 3 solid months in my precinct and got over 50 people to commit to voting for RP. I stood outside the polls all day in freezing weather to campaign at the last minute and I was the only one doing this. The official results from my primary (Feb 12) were that the Doctor got 7 votes in my precinct out of 330 total Republican voters. That's right - SEVEN. Fred freakin Thompson got EIGHT! He dropped out a month and a half before. Mind you that the last Maryland poll before the primary had RP at 11%. He got 2% at my precinct. I am now in the process of trying to prove fraud. My problem is that I'm trying to get a list of registered Republicans (with phone numbers) as of Primary day, and I cannot seem to find anyone with this info. The list issued by the Paul website is way outdated. It doesn't even have me on the list. My plan is to send out a Robo call to each and every registered republican asking if they voted for Dr. Paul. I'm just getting very frustrated trying to find a list.
... to complain about the machines, using the proof that I hope to have that they deleted votes. There were already complaints about them before the election. My ultimate goal is to get them banned before the general election in Maryland by galvanizing public support for banning them.
Ok so we all have seen the media/election machine cap our man at 4% in the majority of primaries. Why don't we draw attention to that by calling for every Ron Paul voter to participate on a chosen day or sign folks up on a site or something.
We are the "4%" and we are the majority!!

I think people are pissed and want their voice to be heard. Somebody make this happen and get it to our growing meetup base. Peace out-

directly to the GOP but there was major problems here in DeSoto reported on the news regarding the Democratic ballots. I know that it was reported that some heard that people normally voting Republican may vote for Hillary just to keep Obama out. Well they ran out of ballots here for the Dems because the Chairperson did not order enough. He only expected a 200% increased turnout and got 700% increase. People were turned away. Some turned away multiple times. There are about 3000 photocopied ballots that must be counted by hand on the Dem side anyway. I didn't hear of any problems with the Republican ballots. Interesting none the less.
McCain is the presumptive nominee, and that has a huge psychological effect on people who want to feel like good loyal party members, and they get a further boost from knowing they "voted for a winner", and we all know that being on the winning team is fun and feels good.
and we live here. :( most everyone I knew was for Huckabee for obvious reasons (ie: Bible Belt Fundamentalists...) and when he dropped out everyone I know said that they were going to vote for Ron Paul because John McCain was the furthest thing from what they wanted for a nominee.
I just know in my heart these numbers aren't real...this pisses me off to no end....I haven't done this much cursing since....well....I can't remember when I've done this much cursing...Must be pretty serious for the f word to fly around my house unprohibited...sigh...
Now I know how other states felt when they got their numbers in....
On the bright side...I'll just go try to become a delegate...the nose ring will have to go, though...I don't have that conservative look right now.
What the hell!!!! Everytime there is a primary I always see 4% for the good Dr. If that's not fixed I don't know what is. I live here in MS and there's nothing on the news about the replubican race at all. The only republican races having numbers shown are Congressional races. Everyone is going nucking futs over the democratic race here. I just don't get it. So I go to the cnn election results and see huckabee in 2nd place!!! What the hell is that about? Yes there are a lot of so called christians here since we are in the bible belt but c'mon seriously... the man dropped out already. God is not resurrecting his campaign.
at my caucus on Feb. 5th, the convener had us cross out the names of the candidates that had dropped out, and add Alan Keyes, before we voted. That should be a rule everywhere.
Well, me and some friends sign waved and yelled out VOTE RON PAUL exactly 150ft from a voting precinct hehe
My county so far actually has the best percentage of all the counties with 10%... 50% reporting. We stayed out there for 4hrs... then I went home and ate some crawfish haha. Good day.
I'm in Jones County with 9% voting for Ron Paul. We kick butt!
Jones County has an independent streak and earned the nickname "Free State of Jones" for our "disdain for organized governmental authority" back in the 1800's..
Well it appears Pearl River, Harrison, Adams Counties are all tied for 9% as the highest in the state. Good Job if you contributed to that... something to be proud of I believe. Also to those that received 8% and so on... If you got out and did anything then thanks!
Where do these nut cases come from? Just like the primaries in the other mini-Super Tuesday states, there are thousands of people voting for candidates that are not even running any longer. I saw that Huckabee was running second behind McLame in Mississippi. There should should be some rule that if you are so dumb you don't even know your candidate has dropped out that you should not be allowed to vote, ever!
To hell with the voters we need to concentrate on turnning delegates.
I bet all the people, here, who swear they'll write Ron Paul In are feeling pretty stupid, now.
In my California precinct, I told voters Ron Paul would not drop out, and that they would run the risk of voting for a drop-out if they voted for Huckabee or Romney. If your state hasn't voted, yet, the Ron Paul signs, help, but signs that show the others crossed-out are good, too.
But I bet they do not try to be delegates. Forget the percentages. Look at the number of votes in these states. Dr. Paul will get about 5,000 tonight. Of those 5,000 more than half I will bet try to become delegates for the state. How many national delegates does Mississippi have 50 or so. People should not be discouraged because of a 5%.
Delegates, that is. I think also that some people that don't watch news regularly may not have known that people had dropped out. ALL of the people were on the ballots. Everyone. At least in my county that is. (DeSoto)
disappointed...I know I shouldn't be, but I am. My county only added like 20 votes to his total....UGH...and after all the work I did to convert people.

=)
Don't worry folks
All we need is enough people to become delegates. Like RP said, all we need is small enthusiatic supporters to make change.
I have an idea
If even just a couple of precincts were checked this would give a picture
of how bad the vote fraud is.
Call every voter in the precinct and do a survey (exit poll).
Find out who people voted for if you can.
A call in number could be used so people could call anonymously
and state: I voted for McCain or I voted for Paul.
But the key is to contact every Republican Voter in ONE precinct.
This wouldn't take too long. (Keep the info it could be valuable later)
What do you think. Is this doable?
Become a Precinct Leader
Donate to the Campaign
I'm already doing this in Maryland ...

I just don't get it.....
Yes, Virginia, the electorate is dumb
McCain is the presumptive nominee, and that has a huge psychological effect on people who want to feel like good loyal party members, and they get a further boost from knowing they "voted for a winner", and we all know that being on the winning team is fun and feels good.

Vote Fraud
The fix is in. No doubt about it. The only question is what will we do about it?
Work for the Paul R3volution. Nothing else will help.
