There is a town called Brunswick that has one of MD's. best kept secret campgrounds. Well, it's not really a secret, but it isn't well known and is a great place. Not only is it a nice little town with everything you would need while camping, it is also along the rail line that I believe runs in to DC.
That is worth looking up if you want to come and camp for the weekend.

I don't know exactly where the train runs, but many people here use it to go to work in the District of Criminals everyday. I can be found by looking for the Ron Paul signs.
