I stopped watching Fox News back in January after watching & listening for a few hours daily over a course of 8 years or so. I'm pretty much done with Fox. I would have been tempted to tune in to this Cavuto interview, but am hesitant to give Fox any more support whatsoever.
It was good 40,000 foot level commentary as to why the $200 bil was a bad idea. He also gave the unenthusiastic line about how he is in the race, but pretty much only to get the word out. He mentioned that someone coming in behind him could run for the white house. That this would more or less set the table.
.......... not saying that he is still running to be President in a more positive tone. We have to remember that Ron Paul is an old hand in this game and knows what to say and what not to say. I am sure he is aware that there are many Ron Paul supporters here fighting for the delegate positions and that he knows we know the rules and how to manipulate them. It is better for us that he stays humble when on national TV because we don't want those McInsane followers to get out in force because Ron Paul said he had a good chance of winning the race at the National Convention via a stealthy delegate process.
No doubt, many McInsane followers will not bother to risk the rain, wind and snow to go and vote or become a delegate for him, especially considering the MSM have declared him the winner.
You can bet that people from HQ are frequenting these forums and they know what we are up to and getting word back to our Commander in Chief.

Nearly fell off my chair as the Dr. Ron Paul appears, live and in person on FOX....was only trying to catch the market news. Overall a pleasant interview with good points made by our economic genius, but it felt as though Dr. Paul was holding something back and being deliberately a bit obtuse. Probably a good move as a good chess player, like a clever poker player, never gives away the next move. I also felt that Neil Cavuto was trying to point out that it didn't look possible to get the delegates because of McCain's numbers, so why not a third party run. He asked the question as though he meant it sincerely and would like to see it happen. Anyone else get that impression? Dr. Paul said he was not considering it, but to me, it was not a strong "no!" Amazing, now that they feel he is "safe," they seek his opinion. I loved the way Dr. Paul kept referring to how the young people want him to continue running...well, hey, us older folks do too! Hope's initials are RP.
I thought Cavuto was belittling in the usual Cavuto way. RP handled everything well and didn't tip anything. He was obtuse. RP knows how this needs to get done and the last thing he will do is tell the MSM!

They discussed the stock market reaction today to Fed actions. Asked if Paul is still in the race - Yes. Asked if he'd run 3rd party - Not entertaining this idea.
And he asked him if he's still a presidential candidate and Dr. Paul specifically said yes he was. I hope someone gets a youtube of this as I'm unable to do it. I sure do hope this gets the message out with him being on TV and saying he is still running for President of the United States. Hopefully this will put an end to the rumors that he's done.
