Texas Delegates...PLEASE HELP! - March 29th

My wife and I are both delegates. We actually lucked into it. The turnout was so low the night we voted that we ended representing the precinct.
I have never done this before and have no idea what to expect from the County Convention coming up March 29th.
Can you guys help me out, point me in the direction of what to expect and what I can do to make a difference once I am there?

I can send you some more links that you need to read and listen too. I am in the same boat. There is alot of info out there and I have found some good stuff around.
Also sign up at ronpaul2008 as a delegate. They will send you stuff. They helped me out alot with emails and phone calls before the precinct convention.

to have your state reject the
Real ID card or something like that and try to get it passed.You
might be asked to give a short speach about why people should vote for you.
