2/3 of Americans say the fight in Iraq is not worth it, Cheney replied, "So?"
When asked how that assessment comports with recent polls that show about two-thirds of Americans say the fight in Iraq is not worth it, Cheney replied, "So?" "You don't care what the American people think?" Raddatz asked the vice president. "You can't be blown off course by polls," said Cheney, who is currently on a tour of the Middle East.
And why isn't he being impeached?

I wonder if he would have the guts to say "So" to a fallen service members spouse. After seeing this I would say he could careless. He's lied the whole 7 years he's been in office. Never has he served his country. Only his corporate agenda.

So?
So? So when did the dictators take over America?
What changed????
from when they first "justified" the war - weapons of mass destruction (you know the drill)
And today, they just openly and blatantly thumb their nose at us?
That is a big change in 5 years!
That quote tells you everything...
"You can't be blown OFF COURSE by polls".... no, not when you have the Power you don't.
So lets take the power from him. To do that, we must know what the "course is".
Here is a hint:
"... the administration sees the Iraq invasion as only the first move in a wider effort to reorder the power structure of the entire Middle East......Undersecretary of State John Bolton told Israeli officials that after defeating Iraq, the United States would "deal with" Iran, Syria, and North Korea.......In short, the administration is trying to roll the table--to use U.S. military force, or the threat of it, to reform or topple virtually every regime in the region, from foes like Syria to friends like Egypt, on the theory that it is the undemocratic nature of these regimes that ultimately breeds terrorism. So events that may seem negative (say for example)--Hezbollah for the first time targeting American civilians; U.S. soldiers preparing for war with Syria--while unfortunate in themselves, are actually part of the hawks' broader agenda. Each crisis will draw U.S. forces further into the region and each counter move in turn will create problems that can only be fixed by still further American involvement, until democratic governments--or, failing that, U.S. troops--rule the entire Middle East."
The NeoCon course is explained well here:

and like Japan & Korea submission under treaty, it is these kind of 'agreed to be occupied Treaties that the Military Industrial Complex is looking for, read here:

He isn't being impeached...
...because Cheney is doing as he's told. Impeachment is only for presidents who attempt to do things to help the American people. If they really get out of line, they end up assassinated instead.
Hack his pacemaker, and actually start it up?
LOL
Could he be blown off course
on his way home? Land him in Oz and let the flying monkeys have their way with him?

Do you have any links?
I have seen videos like the ones you describe but I didn't save any of them.....dummy me. Anyway, I am presently involved in a debate on a forum of mccain supporters....do you have any links at hand that I could use in support of my ongoing debate here?
I just save the vids that support dr paul or have info that needs to get out that isn't related to the campaign. I've learned my lesson and will save vids from the opposite perspective in the future but if you can help me out in the meantime, it would be deeply appreciated.
P.S. I am being kind, respectful, and gracious in my debating...please don't think I am on the attack...I try to avoid that approach...I try to use "the attracting more flies with honey than vinegar" approach....so I promise you the links you provide will be used in the utmost good way!
It's Worth it to the CFR
It's certainly worth the fight to those who are profitting from it. Besides all the defense contractors, if the Administration is able to get the Iraqi government to pass the Iraqi Oil Bill, over 90% of Iraq's oil will be stolen from Iraq, and delivered to the big oil companies (CFR affiliates). There are billions of dollars at stake here.
yes...it's despicable! I
yes...it's despicable! I remember that as one of the most shocking/anger provoking details I gleaned from reading the Iraq Study Commission Report.....privatizing Iraq's oil so that foreign (American and British) companies could just swoop in and steal those poor people's oil....it made me sick. It was justified by "don't worry, the companies will give some of their profits to the Iraqi government and the Iraqi government will distribute it to the poor people who are suffering........" yeah, right...meanwhile let me tell you about this giant mountain I have for sale in Oklahoma...
I would love to have the opportunity
to remove the smirk from Cheney's face. He is one of the most vile and pathetic examples of a human being.
There are YouTube segments out there showing
McCain acknowledging that, although 70% of the U.S. citizens are against the war in Iraq, he (McCain) thinks that "they" (citizens of the U.S.) are wrong and he has no intention of changing his attitude toward such foreign military adventures. Wonderful position for a presidential candidate to take and expect to get elected. It struck me as one of the most honest and telling statements ever made by McCain. The will and attitude of over 2/3 of the american people does not matter to him. In other words, he will do what he wants to do, regardless of cost or consequences, and to hell with the american people and their "attitudes". Nice.
