Dr. Paul interview on “Kudlow & Company” tonight

When "the kid" (Shakir) was speaking, there was this caption on the swipe at the bottom of the screen:

"Shakir: You need regulation, you can't have a free market that is ungoverned."

Oh, I laughed. It's sad, yet I laughed. "You can't have a free market...that is ungoverned"...

When Dr. Paul is proved right about the Fed, the sheeple and the media need to look back on this interview and be ashamed. A 10-term congressman who is DC's greatest authority on and most courageous advocate of sound monetary policy has to share the screen with a misinformed kid from a liberal think tank to fill space on Kudlow's night off.

I am NO fan of Ralph Nader but concede he is a legend in his particular realm, in what he has done from auto safety in the 70s on up to his hysterical, socialist rantings in the present day. Even if you disagree with Ron Paul, he deserves respect. He is a giant for fighting for his beliefs tirelessly for decades. Nevermind that he's RIGHT.

That's one of the reasons I hate Fox news! Instead of educating they find two people with opposing views so they can have a knock-down-drag-out and be the epitome of rude. This guy didn't have a clue. He is talking about an ideal world where everyone plays by the rules but there is no such thing when you give an entity like the fed all of the power. It will not happen and then we get in the mess we are in. Fortunately Dr. Paul knows what he is talking about and is very diplomatic in getting his point across.

I could see Dr. Paul laughing inside his head as the young man oozed the typical incorrect platitudes about gold, central banks, and the Great Depression.

The real culprit in this whole mess is the power of banks, even in the absence of the Fed, to create credit through fractional reserve. They are committing the act of misappropriation with this action.

This type of banking institution violates traditional legal principles and is wholly immoral.

Also, "Fezz" look completely dumb founded when he was slapped with the fact that the Fed created the Great depression much in the same way they are creating the current depression we are entering.

Also, in 1931 or 1933 (i forget of the top of my head) the Glass-Steagal Act was passed which ended the practice of Banks being one stop investment shops.
they would provide Insurance, mortgages, stocks, and all sorts of other investments. Glass Steagal created the different forms of banks.

but since greenspan was SELECTED chairman, he slowly erroded these separations which directly resulted in 1 out of every 4 banks going under in the Great Depression.

I don't think he knew what he was talking about... he kept saying how we need the FED for stability, but look! The FED has created all the bubbles and all the inflation! That's NOT stability.

I heard Kudlow last night and he is very much in support of RP's idea to abolish the FED.

But, now that "McCain has it wrapped up" we are going to see a lot of positive media articles and interviews, especially close to the convention and especially now that Dr. Paul's predictions are all taking place. This is so the media corporations can seem slightly fair and claim they listened to Dr. Paul. There will be flowery praises about us, his supporters, and statements like: "It's a shame the mainstream wasn't more in touch with Paul because many of his ideas are good" ETC...

DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS!!! At least let them hear about it. Every time Dr. Paul is on television, I am not going to thank them, I am going to send emails about how evil they are! I'm going to let them know I see through their sham! I'm going to wish them the worst of economic collapse and death to their families! I'm sick of being thankful for the slightest bit of thoughtfulness...

Not good PR before the convention, perhaps? Perhaps. But it is up to us to convince others at the convention.
