Goldthorpe First Federal Candidate To File in Michigan

Today, Linda Goldthorpe (www.GoldthorpeforCongress...) filed petitions and signatures to become the first candidate in the state of Michigan filing for ANY federal office. She's running for Congress in Michigan's First Congressional District to un-seat Democrat Bart Stupak. Linda will need your help and support to defeat her opponents, Tom Casperson and Don Hooper in the August 5 Michigan primary.
She holds the most hope, of all the candidates running, to replace Bart Stupak who, after eight terms in Congress, is just like all the other machine politicians in Washington. America must elect representatives committed to following the Constitution and protecting American values.
Linda is formally announcing her candidacy, Wednesday, March 26th., in in Petoskey, Michigan at the historical Perry Hotel at 10:30 am in the H.O. Rose Room (see separate post).

She was just at a regional meeting we (the Ron Paul meetup groups) had. She is right in line with out beliefs and she needs our organized support to keep this revolution moving forward!
Sad, but this Democrat beets *most* Texas Republican Congressman
On TRIM's website I looked up all of the Texas Congressman. Ron Paul [PDF] came in with 8-stars. The best in the nation. The second best Congressman in Texas was Jeb Hensarling with 3-stars. After that it is all down hill. We need more 8-star Congressman and we need to get the RINOs out of office.
FYI, TRIM is a group started in 1974 that rates congressman on how their votes follow the Constitution. Great way to rate your Congressman!
