But John Perkins said the same thing and didn't get lamblasted for it. What this guy is saying might be totally ok depending on where he is coming from. I would have to listen to his WHOLE speech to know what point he is making. A terrorist is a very ambiguous word. It all depends on whose side you are on whether a person is a terrorist or not. We can all be terrorists to a point of view and heroes to another point of view. Calling someone a terrorist is not necessarily a bad thing.

If a country is occupied and some inhabitants there fight the occupiers, are they terrorists ? or are the occupiers terrorizing the inhabitants ?

Frankly, I would consider those Englishman who came over and torched buildings etc. as being closer to terrorists than the colonists, who mostly were defending their rights.
