Debbie Hopper just called me and we have our answer from the Missouri GOP. The Ron Paul Presidential Campaign will not be provided access to records to properly contest and file challenges, as set forth in the Rules of the Missouri Republican Party 2008 Call to Convention, page 4, Paragraph entitled 'Contest of Delegates and Alternates'.
As you know, that means that each of you and your delegates will be provided no recourse under the GOP Rules to challenge any action taken by the members at your local caucuses. As you may also know, Jared Craighead, Executive Director of the GOP, has made it crystal clear that the GOP will fight back: 'party leaders will be examining the lists of caucus-goers, and of the newly elected state delegates', and indicated 'that some of the Paul activists involved in the caucuses....should be tossed off.' Has anyone from your state
Has anyone from your state obtained the bylaws in the county and the state? That is the first step.
You need to form a slate to ammend the bylaws as need and move to replace the current chair with a new chair for CAUSE if for onlythe reason of leaving with the minutes and data that he had no right to remove in the middle of a convention and any other position that is held by non ron paul supporters.
I read the rest of that article and the fact is you are NOT REQUIRED to disclose who you support and any such comments are without merit pertaining to all of you being dishonest.
This is how the system works and if you understand how the system works you can regain control of the party and your state.

You REALLY need to obtain "Roberts Rules of Order" and learn it like the back of your hand. You guys need to bring motions and out vote the other GOP members in your area. You CAN require them to follow the rules if you have enough votes.

If Delegates cannot protect their rights and the rights of the individuals they represent, then the message from the GOP is clear - Republican voters do not have the power to make decisions through voting, but rather only those who control the GOP have the power to choose our next President.
We The People...
Last I checked the mis-informed population gave that McCain fella a lot more votes statewide and nationwide. Hard case to argue today.
Come next week, next month, come the end of the summer and we the supporters of Constition start to really speak out... wake a few million more... then we, along with the population, can better argue our case. Folks we still have plenty of time to wake up the people.... the leading candidates are way too busy picking each other to the bone.

Not really 2/3 of Missouri voters wanted someone else
Not really 2/3 of Missouri voters wanted someone else and McCain barely squeaked by Huckabee. Ron Paul received 5%, but.....most of the people I talk to never heard of Ron Paul. We are still get uniformed people everyday who want to support Ron Paul but somehow think the process has just begun.

As a public school sub teacher... I toss in a few words like "edumacation" and I do it with a straight face just to see where the conversation flows next.
One thing I've learned about kids today... they know that our elected officials have a bad reputation.... even in middle school the kids know Washington DC is full of crooks.

The First Thing They Should Do Is.......
to lay the legal groundwork is to file a Commercial Affidavit of Truth. Cite point for point the very rules and regulations which they ( the Mo. GOP) are violating, and any possible state laws or statutes which they are breaking. Once notarized and filed with one of Missouri's recorders offices, wait the required 30 days. If after 30 days, the Affidavit is unrebutted (and they almost always are) they (RP people) will have at their disposal a very powerful legal/lawful document. Truth is expressed in the form of an Affidavit. An unrebutted Affidavit stands as Truth in Commerce. An unrebutted Affidavit becomes the judgment in Commerce. An Affidavit of Truth, under Commercial Law (which is what we are presently under), can only be satisfied: (1) through a rebutted Affidavit of Truth, point for point, (2) by payment, (3) by agreement, (3) by resolution by a jury by the rules of Common Law. They will initiate legal proceedings while the 30 required days of the Affidavit are elapsing. We cannot allow this one man to get his way because he didn't like the results of the caucuses. So he's going to "change delegates around" to get the results he desires. Bulls###!!

The reason for going to the county clerk, I believe, is to become a committee person. but a civil suit may be a good idea.

Judicial Committee?
Has anyone checked to see if there's a judicial committee? The Chair does not have dictatorial powers. It's an elected position and I'm sure there is some provision for oversight.
