Sensenbrenner introduced the USA PATRIOT Act to the House on October 23, 2001
In 2005, Sensenbrenner authored the Real ID Act
On June 17, 2005, Sensenbrenner, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, abruptly ended a meeting where Republicans and Democrats were supposed to be debating the renewal of the USA PATRIOT Act and walked out in response to Democratic members raising issues regarding human rights violations at the U.S. military prison in Guantanamo Bay and the ongoing Iraq war.
In 2006, Sensenbrenner was rated the second-worst member of the House by Rolling Stone magazine and dubbed "the dictator"

He's accusing the guy of being a carpetbagger:
politicians who are residents of convenience. Sometimes political parties send in a ringer from out of district/state who can rent out an empty condo just to run from a district with weak competition and get an easy seat for themselves or their party. What ends up happening is that the people of the district end up w/no representation. I don't know but the person who posted the video claims it's a felony.

He may be a bad guy. But if he is a congresscritter, does it matter where he lives? I may not have understood where the guy asking the questions was coming from.
