National Initiative for Democracy - A good idea???

Hi Guys -
Have any of you seen this?

The basics: An initiative to create a third house of congress that is comprised of the people of the United States.
I think this sounds like a fantastic idea. The only downside I can see is a diebold type fraud. Please post your thoughts.

we are not a democracy.... we are a constitutional REPUBLIC... democracy is nothing more than mob rule! when the public figures out it can vote itself money from the government treasury... everything goes to HELL..!!!

I don't want to live in a democracy.
I want my Constitutional Republic back.
