Advice to PA and other states with primaries to come.
I wanted to pass on a few important lessons we learned.
1. Don't rely on the official campaign, you need to take the initiative.
2. Form a statewide Ron Paul Meetup Group who's members are the Organizers from all Meetup groups in your state so you can disseminate important information statewide quickly.
3. Start your canvassing NOW do not wait till a week before the voting date. It takes more time that you think so start early.
4. Make sure your canvassing consists of knocking on doors and talking to people. We found that just hanging literature on doors is almost useless. Also, In the literature you pass out face to face include a candidate comparison chart like the one found at http://www.KnowBeforeYouV...
or use the ones post at our Meetup group (modify them as needed)

5. Get busy recruiting Precinct Leaders and get them to join the Republican Party as Committeepersons.
6. Model your Meetup Group after the most successful groups like this one. Read their success story here:

If anyone has any other lessons learned, please add to this list.

You are welcome. I had hoped others could add to this list. Surely there must be other people that discovered some great ideas along the way.
Like Steve Parent says, "Its simple and nobody knows it".
