NYPD Clubs, Kicks, and Beats "Free Tibet" Protesters Outside of U.N.

When a cop comes out of a crowd and assults one of you, introduce them to a .44. Everyone needs to carry a weapon or a bat at these protest. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO DEFEND YOURSELF IN THIS COUNTRY AND THIS IS ASSULT....NO DOUBLT ABOUT IT.

Once a few cops gets their knees blown out they might rethink what they're doing. If you're assulted, YOU HAVE THE DUTY TO PROTECT YOURSELF.

This will be the norm soon if we don't do something.

You know, sometimes people come on the DP and start making comments about how posts like this is what makes other percieve us as wackos. How else will the American people wake up to what has been happening right under our very noses if they aren't shown with their own two eyes?

I am a native New Yorker who moved to the South 6 years ago. Many times I used to walk with my friends from work down to the UN building to go stand by the water on my lunch break. To see that brutality against these PEACEFUL protesters who were doing nothing more than walking down the street has completely broken my heart!!!!

What in God's name is happening to our beautiful country?? It's like the past 2 years all hell has broken loose. Never in my life have I been afraid of police! Now I am terrified!

About 2 months ago, my registration tag had lapsed, and being busy I had put off going to the DMV for about a month, when one day I was turning into the street that leads to my development and there was a cop parked on the corner. I had a meltdown! The first panic attack of my life! I was petrified to get pulled over. Not because of a ticket, but because I am now afraid of the police who are supposed to protect us.

Tonight in Charlotte NC there was a candlelight vigil FOR A 17 YEAR OLD BOY WHO WAS TASERED TO DEATH by the POLICE IN THE LOCAL SUPERMARKET LAST WEEK!

He through a loaf of bread at his Manager in the store while they were arguing, and the cops came in and tasered him to death!

I believe that this tide that has turned has been turned intentionally. They want us to fear them. SLowly but surely we are being conditioned to fear them. I wont be able to sleep tonight.

I do have to say BRAVO to the very brave man who video taped this whole thing, and continually called the cops out by name over and over again.
