I think that if you mark an article as a favorite, it has a better chance of becoming popular. but that may also depend on how many favorites you have, not sure.

Funny, I always find the latest Ron Paul news there.
Well...
.. I've been boycotting Digg so maybe Ron Paul content shows up on the main page but if you search for "Ron Paul" the most recent stuff is over a month old.
I was a Digg freak for the longest time and Ron Paul content was all over the place at Digg. Then they put in their new "algorithm" a month or so ago and Ron Paul stuff disappeared but Obama, Hillary and McCain crapola became more common.
I guess I'll have to take your word that Ron Paul content is still on the main list because I must continue to boycott them...
I do visit Digg once a week to do a quick search for "Ron Paul" but nothing new ever shows up.

Go search for "Ron Paul" at Digg and then sort by date and see for yourself.
Digg's site traffic has dropped dramatically since then. Join the fray and just boycott them...
