Steve Scheffler - Very Impolite!
I called Steve Scheffler, President of Iowa Christian Alliance today (515-225-1515) and after introducing myself, without even mentioning Ron Paul or the forum, he just said that "if this is about Ron Paul I don't have time" and hung up on me. I called him right back and as soon as he picked-up the phone I said that "I'm a Christian, why did you hang up on me" and he hung up again. Very impolite and un-Christian!
Obviously these hypocrite people are being inundated with calls and recognize that out of state calls are in support of Dr. Paul.
Keep the pressure on them!
If you are not OUTRAGED, you're not paying attention!
Protest?
I was at the meet-up this weekend in Seattle with Paul campaign director Lew Moore. Mr. Moore went out of his way to stress that the June 30 event in Iowa was NOT a protest, rather a celebration of liberty. Your headline really should reflect the wishes of the campaign on this.
