Wrong. He's from Washington State and is a cosponsor of HR 1955. Many folks around hear complain that this guy votes in favor of everything. When you... or rather I sign one of the many auto-petitions that are out there. Mine goes straight to McDermitt. I think he's so used to it that he has a bot scripted to answer all his email with a reply that is every bit as generic as the ones they give you with the petitions. I seriously don't think he even bothers reading email.
