We have 234 polls in Lancaster county to cover - Lisa A. is in charge of cooridination - 18-34 major polling areas that must be covered - any out of staters close by that want to make a difference in Lancaster County please contact our meetup group listed below - I'm the organizer so we'll keep you in the loop. The more the merrier - some to hand out RP info & some to hand out delegate information - we are happy to say that Ron Paul will also be listed in the Lancaster ACTION publication which is a pro-life Christian publication - very influential..Thanks for any donations - we are actually raising funds through CPALPAC.com & are using the donations for direct & targeted mailings - please donate if possible & earmark either for Lancaster outreach or delegate slate cards..Glad to be a part of the Revolution..Onward.

Sample Ballot Fundraising Progress Report

The response to our first request for funds for the sample ballots was great with over $2,600 raised so far. We must and will hit the $15,000 budget to maximize our ability to elect Ron Paul delegates and alternates in Pennsylvania. Please keep your checks and PayPal transactions coming! Instructions on how to do so are set forth toward the end of this message.

These are some questions and comments that were generated by our earlier email messages:

What will you do with the money if you don’t hit the $15,000 goal?
--- 100% of all money raised will be used to print and mail sample ballots. Period.

Is the national campaign behind this sample ballots project?
--- No, it is a grass roots project. A ponytail-sporting geezer conceived of it during a flashback to a Jimi Hendrix concert in Philadelphia. This proves the value of his college education.

Are any of these donations going to go to the national campaign?
--- No.

Why not just email the sample ballots to Ron’s supporters or allow them to download them?
--- We will do that, but we need to distribute hard copy at polling stations to capture votes from other Republicans who are not presently Ron Paul supporters.

Does Ron stand a chance of winning the Pennsylvania vote?
--- It doesn’t matter. The popular vote in PA is a straw poll because we directly elect delegates who can vote for whomever they wish. Ron will win delegates through grass roots manning of heavy-voting polling stations with sample ballots.

The Big Picture

This election cycle has nothing to do with Ron Paul – this is a movement with a task. Our choice is clear: we will proceed to further, ever-more destructive wars that will, logically, ultimately crush this nation and every hope or dream you had for the future or we can continue our effort to restore America to its former grandeur as a nation founded on principals of freedom, peace and prosperity. There is no third way. We may have just one opportunity in our lifetime to make this decision, so let’s not let it slip.

Please send your most generous donation to help fund the sample ballot project. There are two easy ways to pay:

1. Checks may be made out to "Pa Delegates For Liberty" and mailed to 3002 Stoney Creek Road, Norristown, Pa 19401.

2. Go to http://www.cpalpac.com/ho..., complete the fields and select the "Delegate Slate Cards" from amongst the Earmark options. Once you click Continue, you can pay via PayPal.

The $2,300 FEC donation limit is not applicable to the delegate and alternate races (they are not federal) and your donations do not count toward Ron’s campaign.

isn't this a revolution? It is better to give ten bucks then to give your life which is what most revolutions require, isn't it. In the end this may require all of our lives if we cannot pitch in, I hate to say it but wake up people. I should not have to say wake up on the daily paul, but I think I have to because of such a weak response to PA's needs. I have to go to sleep now, please post this again if it falls off whoever posted it. This is important, and there is no excuse for the lack of response. If this is how we plan on getting this country turned around, we suck. Where the hell are all of you people, no offense to those that have contributed. There is no excuse for those who have not. $10 damn dollars, geez.

I know you all must know about the delegate processs by now.
I also assume that you all know that there are very few battles left in this fight.
Pennsylvaina is one of the last battles. We have the ability to pick up delegates free and clear. No Convention battles, (The most votes win).

I am a new poster to this site, but I have tried on numerous occasions to chime in but could not get a username and password. As the 12 year old stated it is not just a point a click system. Other post tonight indicated that their were 373 Guest. These people have also probably tried to join in but to no fault of their own were not allowed or unable.

I am not complaining about this site, it is a wealth of information. But just like all information it needs to be researched and not take on face value. That is why most of us our here. We do not take things on face value.

We can talk about all the troubles of the world and the injustices done to all. We can talk about the LA elections how it was stolen from us. We can talk about the conventions lost by just a few votes. We can talk about all the things we have done wrong or the things we have done right.
These are all good things to discuss, because they help us learn from our success and our failures. We will have all the time in the world (Unless the world ends on Monday 4/6/08)(Sorry couldnt resist.)

But just like the time of George Washington, our current battle is in Pennsylvaina and this is a Battle that can be win.

Its is correct we do need help with money for Delegate slate cards, but we also need every abled body freedom loving Ron Paul Supporter to Shake of the cob webs and rejoin the fight.

We all may have differences,but we are all fighting for the same thing.

Folks ArmorofChrist is correct. We do need your help. I have emailed HQ on this matter and they will not fund the slate cards. As RP has said himself (it is up to us).

We have 5+ million in the bank and the slate cards for the 19th district are only 17,000. I know HQ has there agenda, but without delegates there is no reason to go to MN. And all of PA's delegates are uncommited. All the delegates had to get 250+ signatures and we have to elect them on the april 22nd. No caucaus, no conventions, if they recieve the most votes they are going to MN.

McCain has no Showing in this state. Today was the first day I even saw a McCain sign. There were 3 on interstate 81, so of course we had to put RP signs in front of them.

The way I see it is we either have to put some pressure on HQ to help fund our efforts or we are all going to have to suck it up and chip in some more.

One thing I would like to know (If anyone knows). Is what are we doing with the left over Cash. There are no commercials, radio, newspaper adds.

Either way we must continue the fight.

Those who need support in attending should contact other meetup groups in your area and try to gain some support there for money raisers.

.... and need all the help I can get. Not just for me, but I personally know others pursuing the delegate position who said they unfortunately cannot afford to go if elected. When they signed up, there was a lot more support from the meetups and many promises to help 'cover the costs' but now the meetup has vanished...
