He is committing more troups to Afghanistan at a time when our Country is going down the toilet?
It makes me sick to my stomach and I really don't know what to do anymore.

Why can't we get Bush out of
Why can't we get Bush out of office? I remember the Neo-Cons wasted no time to impeach Clinton for a blowjob (they made it seem more of a crime than the war crimes Bush is responsible for). We need to find out how the Republicans were able to start impeachment procedures as soon as possible. This is important as hell and I don't know what to do anymore. Unless our dear Dr. decides to quit playing nice and leads with the impeachment procedures, something big will have to happen in order to make Bush pay his time in jail. He deserves to rot in there, not even the devil wants any part of him.

With the exception of Dr. Paul, all members of Congress (House of Representatives and the Senate), the Judiciary, and the Executive need to be removed from office. If a Constitutional government were in place, the U.S. would not be in the mess that we are witnessing today. This mess will only worsen, as it has decade after decade, if the same political types continue to be "elected" and appointed to public office.

Afghanistan Makes Sense, Not Iraq
Remember Afghanistan is where Bin Laden originated from and Iraq had nothing to do with it. Troops in Afganistan makes sense in regards to 9/11 and I, as well as Ron Paul, supports focus in that arena. Iraq is what took us off that course.

On several counts. Bin Laden is a Saudi. He was based in Afghanistan, but has now moved on, it is believed, to Pakistan. The Afghani Taliban government had NOTHING to do with 9/11; their only "crime" was failing to deliver Bin Laden when Emperor George ordered them to "cough him up." Bin Laden was a national hero in Afghanistan for helping rout the Soviets, so the Taliban was reluctant to extradite him without guarantees that he would recieve a fair trial, which Bush refused to provide. Our initial foray into Afghanistan to get Bin Laden may have made some sense, but our attack on the Afghani government and our continued presence there does not. Bin Laden is long gone.

...however, the hard truth is that we really don't want to catch Bin Laden. He is just a convenient excuse for us to be in that region. Bin Laden is an old ally of the Dynasty - CIA operative gone bad.
yet, if we did have a real president that was interested in our true national interests, we'd be out of iraq and doubled in afganistan....not nation-building there or running drugs, but tightening the noose around bin laden there and in pakistan.
we're too interested in propping up dictators, expanding our footprint in the mideast, and committing population control. ah, what a great nation we've become.

We don't want bin Laden and he is more than likely dead anyway. Dr. Paul says bring all of our troops home. The country we should have hit was Saudi Arabia and they are the most protected over there. Why we are so stupid to hit a country to get a man, I don't know.
