No, I am not selling land patents and Team Law's primary objective is not selling land patents either, as land made patent cannot be sold, rather it is the reseating of the original jursidiction government. They will, however, help one draw up the proper paperwork to accept ones land patent and their is no cost for this to a beneficiary.

While there are several sites that identify that there is a Corp. U.S. and an original jurisdiction, only Team Law has taken the initiative to reseat the original jurisdiction and keep a record of it, with Madsen, himself, being a Senator of Colorado.

I appreciate that everyone is skeptic, it is the right thing to be. However, don't be skeptic and discount it out of hand as not worthy of investigation. Even the trustee at Team Law will tell you believe no one, not even him. Rather, go to the route source for the truth and learn it yourself firsthand. That is why we are having this discussion today, because generations of Americans relied on the privious generation and their peers to tell them the "truth." We stopped learning and sustaining the Law.

If you want answers regarding Team Law, why not go and ask Team Law directly? Logon to their online forum and pose some questions. Talk some of those who have become beneficiaries - I have and have found that they are quite pleased with thier decission to get involved. Private message the trustee and speak with him directly or call him on the telephone.

This is the whole reason why I have been posting their link here - to get those here who realize their is more to learn to go there and ask questions and learn how to research the truth. Through my dealings with them, I have found them to be honest, truthfull and righteous.

I only just found out about this stuff back in February and have barely looked into it. I have a long way to go (and I thought I knew everything). I wonder if Ron Paul knows about all this? Surely he must?

The amount of info on Dail Paul is just overwelming. Especially with the new (at least to me) info. on USA vs. US, I fail to see the big picture. I think this is true for many people. I mean some people just found out that the Fed isn't really a part of the Federal government, now US is a private corporation? And, some say, the revolutionary war was fake? Just what the heck is going on here?

I don't need any proof or historical facts up front, can someone show me the big picture in a concise writing? Or, is this too lazy?

So, we have international bankers...do we have people who run the corp US?...how are they related to the international bankers?...then there are ordinary corporations, but some of them are huge...what are their relations with the corp U.S?....and there are Middle East, China, India, Russia, Europe, South America...how do they fit in the big picture?...and then we have us, we the people...And why are we informed of all these things, now?...

There seems to be conflicting information floating out here. Madsen says the states went de-facto in 1962, yet he says other things that would lead people to believe they went de-facto at another time.

If you cannot expatraite from a corporation like Madsen states, then what is Title 26 USC § 877 "Expatriation to avoid tax" for?

Thanks for bringing this topic to light. This information really ties so much together its incredible. This information is going to take a few days to sink in, I've done a lot of reading over the last day since i noticed this topic. I would recommend that people check this out and lets start opening up some other people to this information. But let's make sure we understand it first, I know I've got a lot more research to do. You all do too. This is the linchpin to the control system and we must understand it, and we must start breaking down the facade.

We cannot look back with today's perspective and expect to understand our history, rather we must start at the source and work forward.

One thing to remember is that non-disclosure voids any contract. We don't have to jump through legal hoops we just need to educate enough folks and gain the power back to throw off these fraudulent contracts and the criminals the chain them to us.

That is the admiralty flag not the US flag. The gold fringed flag represents maritime law (international law) and it is in every court house in the US and in the house. As long as they are in session flying that flag they are under a different jurisdiction.

with the argument of 2 systems (defacto being the insurgent post-bankruptcy federal government) and (dejure being the founding Constitutional republic) deciding what, if anything, to do about it is next. Many scholars have written that individuals can reclaim their state national status and divorce themselves from defacto US federal jurisdiction. It is a process and a journey that by some estimates 14 million or so Americans have taken. That's a big number even if it's an exaggeration by a factor of 2 or 3.

I started the process last week and took me about a year to decide it's the right thing to do. Perhaps this is the revolution Dr. Paul speaks of ... taking back the rule of law, the Constitution and personal liberty.

The Red Amendment (a book by LB Bork) has been mentioned here a few times and is recommended reading.
