Official endorsement for the nov. 5th project

If we can have the official RP campaign endorse the Nov. 5th project and send a mass email about it, the number of subscribers could grow greatly.
I like this idea because not only is it reassuring to a donor giving $100 that someone else is giving $100 but also this could be a huge P.R opportunity worth the same amount or more than the 10 million (or more like 2 million at this moment) we expect to raise.
Imagine all the free publicity! Imagine the bragging rights! We need this especially after the booing on Fox (we know the deal with that neo-con audience but not the public).
I'm sure the campaign has a mailing list of more than 50,000 subscribers (we have more than 60,000 meetup members!).

Who ever has ties to the main campaign please sell this to them so we can make November 5th a truly memorable day.
P.S - I will be donating $200 on that day along with others that I see who have pledged to give more than $100.

I agree this is best done without campagn
they can get all the benefits without any of the drawbacks this way.
Not only that...
There is a shifty Guy Fawkes reference that is fine, if it's just a bunch of online fans, but Ron Paul's campaign should not have any references to a terrorist (even if it was for the right things), as positive as connotations with the movie may be.
Don't worry guys, we'll pull in a good few million...

I think the November 11 is a better date to really push. Just my personal opinion.

I think the official campaign could endorse the Nov. 11th thing, since it has no negative imagery.
More power from outside
I think that the Nov. 5th movement is more powerful not being associated with the campaign. It shows the magic of what is going on - that Ron Paul is a figurehead for something deeper and more powerful than merely switching presidents.
As he has consistently said, we invited him to OUR revolution.

I'm not rich and I still live with my parents but my goal is to reach $2300 over the span of this mans campaign. I wonder if you can give more when he finally wins the primaries?

I read that a couple of times but I didn't follow what you were trying to say. Do you want the Campaign to send an e-mail to everyone on it's mailing list? Do you want meet-up group members to e-mail everyone in their groups with his "endorsement"? Do you want the RP Campaign to write a letter or endorsement on their official site? caution
It seems like campaigns usually try to play it safe and not coordinate with outside groups of supporters. Probably a good idea, legally speaking. I agree with the spirit of your suggestion, but fortunately we have a very well developed communication network with which to get the message out ourselves.
No campaign help is probably better
It's probably better if the campaign doesn't get involved. It will look a thousand times better if we accomplish this on our OWN and not with the assistance of the campaign.
