Ok all, I've been doing a LOT of reading and I think it is about time for me to call it a night. I don't even know what to think anymore, but what I've stumbled into has really shocked me beyond belief and being tired probably isn't helping much. I'm looking for a sanity check here, so please help me out. If this is the truth, or even partly the truth about what has happened to our nation...well, I don't even know what to say or think about it at this moment. Basically I've been reading about the 14th "Amendment" or so-called "Red Amendment" and other such things relating to the money masters and our current out of the framer's intent system of government. I also read information about the UCC and how apparently one can reclaim one's title and become secure and out from under the grasp of the system. Here is the link. Please check this out and let me know what you think, I really appreciate it. The more opinions the better. Thanks.

Here is a really good article on it, see below. Also, last night I was listening to Coast To Coast AM and a guy named Tom Cryer was on talking about taxes. He said he will be a speaker in DC April 15th. He also said it is expected that 100,00 people are expected at the rally.
He was talking about people getting hung up on the straw man issues and other things that he said came out ot the IRS to get people sidetracked.

This idea of "redemption" appeals to the "lets outsmart the crooks at their own game" in us all, and seems to be predicated on the principle that judges in their administerial capacity will simply follow statutory protocols when presented the appropriate forms... as if all we need to do is file the right combination of forms in the right way and then we're free... free from what? Crooked rules? Long gone are the days (which supposedly existed once) when lawmakers regarded Law as an ideal... an ideal held as "Self-evident". As in most societies of past and present, most "rules" of society are enacted to benefit a few at the expense of everyone else. I am amazed at how close this country got to achieving a relative balance of Liberty to enjoy Life in its many wonders across its population. Though even in its beginnings, many (blacks and women) were denied equal standing with white men. And it is hardly surprising that their civil rights (in becoming 14th Amendment citizens) came at the cost of white men's sovereign rights (in becoming 14th Amendment citizens).
My point is that it is impractical to expect present day makers, judges and enforcers of the "law" to go about their business with our high (Constitutionalist) ideals, when we ourselves are not in their positions - the good Dr. Paul, notwithstanding. (Go Ron Paul!) Until you can find a way to utilize the Strawman to pay off legislators, judges and the police, it will never amount to justice or freedom for all, and even then, especially then, it will remain a questionable tactic. Don't get me wrong... I'm tickled by the many approaches in capitalizing on the Strawman, but more will benefit from our collective investment into this Ron Paul Campaign... at least in my humble opinion.
I believe that
the first three sections of the study guide are well researched, but the language tied to the disclaimers make it seem like this is not quite in the up and up. Most companies that are legitimate are willing to talk to anyone to make the sale. These guys are more concerned about having information stolen from them. They could easily make this go away with a money back guarentee. But I coundn't find one. So I am looking elsewhere.
Though I wish they went further in their study guide, because I found it interesting.
This reminds me of another site I found recently...
It's for a religious group calling itself the Citizens of Heaven. They claim that they, and anyone that joins them, can renounce citizenship in the US by claiming a "higher" citizenship.. They change their names, cut up their drivers licenses, quit paying taxes, everything. It's nutty.

My birth certificate is not in all capital letters and it is not signed by my parents. Its too long to go into here but I have enough knowledge of the UCC to know that he is not completely accurate on how it works. Also, not every state operates under the UCC my memory is that Louisiana uses the Napoleonic Code and not the UCC. Basically, I'd say this guy is a fraud. I wouldn't give him $0.02 never mind $1,500.00

signed the application for a birth certificate. Thus, with their signature(s) in place, a CONTRACT with the uNITED STATES CORP. had been established. U.S. birth certificate applications are believed to be stored in either Puerto Rico and/or Switzerland. Information which is nearly impossible to uncover through various investigations.

My kid (turns 5 tomorrow) has no SSN because we specifically didn't request one. But his birth certifcate (all 20 copies of it that I have) have his name in Title form, as in "John Doe" and not in all caps, as in "JOHN DOE".
And his BC application is on file in Denver CO at a specific address. I know because I had to go there to check it once and saw the original that I signed.
As far as the federal government goes, my son does exist but he is not in their Socialist Security system (thank the gods!).

A one sided contract is not valid. No court would enforce a contract if one side didn't intend or know the terms. This guy is a fraud.

One sided contracts are completed every day when a child is born in America. The parents now sign applications for:
birth certificates, social security numbers, etc.
A newborn never needed a sssn number to be claimed on your income taxes until recently, why? What changed? Your grandparents never had a driver's license when they drove that Model T around, now they do, why? What changed? Yes, those ONE sided contracts are legal and when you realize a fraud was perpetuated on you, (the one sided contract) you have legal standing to rescind those contracts. However, if you do not do so in a reasonable time, latches will set in and you can not claim fraud later.

Not necessary. I'm a legal assistant and took contract law. All of this is discussed in depth. It's hardly a constitutional issue.

Contract law is a constitutional issue - drive without a driver's license and see what happens to you. Now granted, a license is a privilege, driving or travel is a right - a constitutional right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Don't tell me it's not a constitutional issue.

I never said anything in reference to Contractual law, etc. What I said was once your birth cert. application was signed, it was considered a contract between the individual who's name is on the birth certificate and the uNITED STATES CORP. (the U.S. Corp. views this "application" as a contractual agreement not I nor any sovereign). And if you read my post, I never stated anything whatsoever about one sided vs. dual signatures contracts or contractual agreements.

Someone is trying to simply get rich of this. Would not surprise me if this is the "Establishment", to latter be added to the list of the IRS's tax fraud schemes.
Get the Red Amendment. If you live in Texas, join th email list of "We the People for Independent Texas". There's a lot of info to be had for non Texans too, but it refers a lot to Texas and US/USA Law.

If you are serious about doing this you're going to need to buy Law Books (cheapest on discs) and learn Common Law and Commercial Law. If you don't like to read, you're gonna have a hard time accomplishing the task.
For those who'll ask, I'm not a Freeman. I'm getting deep into it, but I'm a divorced father and am seeking what implications this will have on child custody. I have the Texas Law Books dating back to 1822, but they're so fragile I don't want to open them :). They have been passed down through 4 generations in my family, I hope to give them to my son too.

They (the DOJ) has no legal/lawful grounds to "prosecute"......

Every citizen born in this country and was issued a birth certificate after your legal guardian(s) signed the application for the birth certificate, is legally entitled to a remedy (i.e. "Redemption Process") after HJR 192 was passed into law in 1933. Otherwise, had they (Congress) not provided a remedy, HJR 192 would have been legally construed as fraud and the individual Congressmen could have been charged and tried for treason. If you here anything of this nature, they are nothing but scare tactics, much like the IRS. You must, I repeat must be sure to have all of your ducks in order to live life as a "sovereign". Most of the horror stories are due to persons engaged in haphazard legal approaches and not being prepared and not being subject to and having a thorough understanding of UCC and Common law and the various approaches/techniques required in specific legal circumstances.You must be thoroughly prepared and know your S### inside and out before ever stepping foot in a court of law (which is legally bound by commercial or UCC law). Keep these things in mind and you can be and should be successful in most every situation (within reason of course).

WHEW! I am trying to keep up on everything that is presented here at DP; there is SO much information to sift through, some of it familiar; some of it brand new to me. But this particular topic has really caught my eye.
And talk about a lot of info to sift through -- goodness! I have opened pages of The Redemption Service, Freedom-School, Team Law, and Freedom Domain, and...wow. I mean...wow. (deep breath) There is a lot to ramp up on. It does seem quite overwhelming.
Who can give us the 10-cent tour? I mean, a quick couple of sentences on what this is all about. Here; I'll try, and you let me know if I'm anywhere near the mark:
Redemption is all about reclaiming your own personal sovereignty, such that you are no longer beholden to the State -- is that it? Or??
Between this post, and the one about US Citizen vs. Citizen of the US (a post which I still haven't gotten to read!), it seems there is something very big here that I am completely clueless about. Time for another blue pill? ;)

As a non-Christian, as a guy
As a non-Christian, as a guy who finds a lot of this genuinely fascinating, and as a guy who would like to point many of his non-Christian friends toward this information, I wish these information sources wouldn't rely so heavily on Christianity in making their cases. I haven't seen the Redemption Service site yet, but TeamLaw and Freedom School constantly reference the Bible and the King of Kings, which makes the whole concept a hard sell to my non-Christian acquaintances. The other complaint I have is the exorbitant amounts of money both TeamLaw and Redemption Service want in order to join a "club" which should be anything but exclusive. I really appreciate Freedom School for this reason... where even the classes can be attended for free. I wish someone would address this stuff without a desire for large profits and without a religious tone. It would be simple enough to cover it for all readers by mentioning "rights given by God or by nature", as one example.

It is so funny that atheists are given their freedom to speak out as much as they want because our country is based on Christianity. But if our country was based on atheism, Christians would not be able to participate. Atheists want Christians to cease and desist. Christians allow other beliefs to exist. Pretty funny, huh. Even on a private website to which no one is forced to go or see, an atheist wants it changed to accommodate him. Again, I say let people be free and take responsibility for yourself.

I'm not looking to get out of a traffic ticket, for example. I am looking to just live by the Constitutional principles that this nation was founded on. I'm going to have to look at my birth certificate - I can't recall any language that states I'm no longer Sovereign.

I re-claimed my "strawman" approximately three years ago. Best thing I ever did. The IRS is still trying to figure why they never got money they knew all along they were never entitled to in the first place. The major problem with this title is that a majority of the population has no concept of what "The Redemption Process" even is. Otherwise a worthy post.

Oh boy did you open a can of worms!! I was wondering if anyone at this site had actually gone through the process. Now I have about a gazillion questions about your experience, how much "harder" is life, assuming you no longer use your "tracking # SS" and such....what about employment....bank accounts (though I do not deal with banks or have credit cards) how can you cash a check ? What about your drivers license ? Currently, my family is...well, lets just say the wolves are at the door so to speak......... How long did the "process" take ? I wish we could just invite you over for dinner :) !!!!
My life after the redemption process......
Wonderful. Anytime I receive a bill from any gov't. agency (i.e. IRS, State tax comptroller's office, etc.), I just "Accept it For Value" -- then return it. Then they send me another more threatening letter which I accordingly "return for dishonor" and "Accept for Value" again. Eventually they stop sending threatening letters and will adjust the balance to zero and discharge the debt. I have no bank accounts (ripoff -- too many bank fees), credit cards, no SS#. I still have my drivers license due to the risk of being hassled outweighs the in-sovereignty of not having one. I have auto insurance (same reason). I know some sovereigns who have drivers licenses and some who don't. It's a personal preference--- depending on how far your willing to go with it. The process took me somewhere around 6-8 months. It completely depends on your state and how long it takes them to process your information. Recording your information (done by you) is easy and takes place the minute you have it recorded at the county/city's recorders office. You are also dependent on The Secretary of the Treasury of the United States (currently Henry Paulson) at least his office. The processing of info here takes alot longer. Be sure that EVERY SINGLE step was correctly followed, otherwise your information will not be accepted and it will take that much longer. Keep in mind, you are dealing with bureacrats so time is not of the essence.
One big question
How did you keep a license without auto insurance or a SSN? Most states require both nowadays. And what about your car tags?

I want to hear too. There are others who have done this also. I was wondering what good it really does if we stay here. I mean if we live in the middle of a communist country, will they really leave one alone when enforcement comes knocking at the door? You can't vote, right? So you cannot try to work to get our country back. It removes your interest in the Daily Paul basically. Are employers unwilling to work with you? I have a highway patrolman in the family-by marriage-he could not participate I guess. Do you get the whole family to do it?
That is what I want to do...
...but I have no idea how to do it! What would that mean for my job, etc. Would the military have a problem with it? Please tell me more!

Will it work in court?
As much as I love libertarian legal theory, when it comes to day to day life, I tend to be practical. In the law, my practical test for things is: Will it work in court?
I have heard about this UCC stuff for years. I have never seen it work in court.

If you think you understand the ucc and you go to court you don't understand as much as you need . Court is not the place to test it. Courts don't test law. To end up in court you have to dishonor the other party. The ucc process is all about accepting the offer conditionally. The first step in actions between humans(contracts) is discussion as equals. When one dishonors the other courts may be convened. If you do it right you never accept an invitation to be in dishonor. Freedom is available to those who accept the responsibilities and exercise that by choosing the things that lead to freedom for everyone.

I've probably got everything they have for the 1500. price. Try reading at freedom school.com. Just about all the current info about redemption is available from Sam Kennedy. The UCC process is just one of the ways you may proceed to assert your freeman truths. It is rather complicated and time consuming and is changing rapidly. Learning about your true sovern nature and how to conduct yourself in all relationships with other humans is the important thing to be learned. All of the contracts (birth regris., ss#, voter, etc.) are invalid and fraud anyway. Youtube has the Anti Terrorist videos which are very strait forward and easy to comprehend. Just a thought
I looked at the website, and yes we have a problem with our sovereignty, however, I'm curious about the services because they are offering a dvd with all their information for $1,500. Check out teamlaw.org as they talk about the same thing and their approach is different. All this does kind of make one mad, but learning the truth will set us free. Research and research more.
