I am the GOP Precinct 26 Chairperson in my county and a precint person for Ron Paul
That being said: I also try to keep up on what is going on in the Dem side so, Wexler wants questions for General Petraus For too long the Bush Administration has been in a bubble – hiding from the truth and avoiding tough questions from outraged American citizens. This time I am turning the oversight powers of Congress over to you.
I want you to be the ones asking the questions to General Petraus.
Write me back with a short reply and tell me what - specifically - you would like me to ask. Please include your first name as well as your city and state.
I will choose the best two questions and ask them to General Petraeus this Wednesday. You will be able to watch his answers directly on C-Span. contact@www.wexlerforcongress.com
What do you feel is the most important (short) question? Let's all get together on this and email him today; not much time left.

Appreciate your comments
More please and are you emailing Wexler
Gen. Petraeus
Do you still stand by your position that their is no military solution to the problems in Iraq? And if so how long do you think troops should stay in Iraq waiting for the Iraqi's to figure it out? Presidential candidate John McCain is ok with 100 years. How about you?
Other great questions from General Odom can be gleaned from his testimony this week before the senate foreign relations committee. He gives a great question for the Senate to ask of him but I seriously doubt they will so you better ask it.

You might also want to ask him if US troops are prepared to defend themselves in a wider war should the US decide to attack Iran?
Wexler should ask...
You took an oath to defend the Constitution, why aren't you?
I Asked This
Ask Petraeus
Given:
1) the decrease in violence in Iraq during the last months,
2) the "surge" and the al-Sadr ceasefire were coincidental,
3) the Iraqi government's attempt to disarm al-Sadr resulted in an immediate resumption of hostilities,
What precentage of the decrease in violence do you feel is attributable to the "surge" and what percent is attributable to the ceasefire?
