I doubt
that this is going to happen on a certain date, if it is at all. It is a scenario.. some are calling it a probable one. Some are not... ~shrug~. Keep in mind, if you're going to false-flag something you need to work with what pops up sometimes... and the world is a LOT savvier place now then it was in Pearl Harbor times. They may be waiting for an opportunity, they may have called it off because of world media reporting on it... who knows.
All in all, this is something that may happen. I'm not going to lose sleep over it wondering about when tho... it will happen when it happens and there is not a damn thing I can do about it anyways.

Are we fighting against Russia and China? Then, why are we sending so much real assets (factories, etc.) to China?
Whatever happened to the NWO and one world government? It doesn't look like one world government to me.

In regards to sending so
In regards to sending so many assets to other countries (our factories, our jobs, foreign aid, etc):
What People in all of the world would be least likely to be "conquered" by their own government? Which People in all of the world would fight back against a violent tyranny? Which People would have the resources and ability to fight back?
The American People
So, if they are unable to take us down physically they must do so in other ways. Their primary weapon against us is their control over our finances as a nation.
They give away our factories. They give away our jobs. They give away our riches in order to enrich their friends and others who are outside of the US. They are constantly taking away from the US and sending those resources outside of our nation while telling us that it is for our own good.
Could it be that it is not truly for our own good but rather for their good, to serve their purpose?
Even while our nation is upon the brink of financial disaster we have Obama wanting to take an additional 1% out of our economy and send that money out of the US, McCain wants to continue spending on the US war machine and Clinton will likely bankrupt us by nationalizing health care. How can any of them believe the US can afford any of that while being nearly 10 trillion on debt along with nearly another 60 trillion in current future obligations (social security & medicare for the retiring population).
The only way much of this makes sense to me is that their purpose and goal is to bankrupt America.
Well, I'll add to your confusion
They say war against Iran, they send assets to enemies, we spread ourselves thin everywhere, our economy keeps getting propped up which is really taking it down harder later.
With all these facts, the way I really see it is that as always, what they say is the opposite of what their intentions are. It is really and truly a war on us-the whole scenario is to crash America piece by piece because we are the hardest to get under control and the last free country. This is a faction of communism. It is the next step and after everyone is under communist control, then they will duke it out to see who is number one sommunist. Just my theory, I have no authoritative analysis to base it on.

That is it in a nutshell! The Bush Administration has never been practical, they have been hell bent on war before Bush even stepped foot in the White House. There is no going back for them, they have gone this far,
Congress is in lock step with them. The economy is a bust, so war it will be so they can blame the bad economy on the war. IMHO

Oh, he is prepared ok. There is no doubt about that. Someone else said something like this doesn't look like one world government--they think it will look more like it after the next world war.
We all need to be
beaten down more before the NWO can take hold. Yes I agree that it will be way more possible after the global war. The thing that occurs to me is that the powers that be, in all the major countries, are part of the NWO crowd and they all believe that global war is nessessary for their plans.

Well...
A couple things there. First off, if we actually attacked Iran, within a short amount of time we will have nuclear weapons detonating in a major city of ours.
That and our economy tanking if we do go to war with Iran will put most ~patriotic~ Americans in the position of taking it up the wazoo when our liberties are further stripped from us. It's also a wonderful excuse for us sliding into a hyperinflationary depression.. they just blame it on the brown guys.
Martial law can be imposed then as a safety feature, so that no more terrorists cross our deserted borders to bring in more weaponry.
Americans will swallow that... after all, we did with 9/11.

It's a result of two individual studies
and the testimony of a guy who was a nuclear inspector over there... he's on Utube, the other stuff I'll dig up for you. Basically, Iranians will accept nothing less as retaliation then at LEAST one nuclear blast in one of our major cities if we attack them. As the guy said in his testimony... LA? New York? Houston? Pick one.
They can do this rather easily, as they will have Russian backing on the project and an open southern US border to cross.
Kinda makes you wonder why our borders are so easy to cross.. have you seen the documentary where a guy a year or so ago crossed the US/Mexican border on the back of an elephant with a mariachi band playing behind him?
