There are a lot of people out there with some form of dyslexia. They can take all the spelling classes in the world and will never be good spellers.

One of my kids has dyslexia. Believe me, I know how some people struggle with spelling. He has been working with a specialist at school. I'm thankful for spellcheck. It has given him the confidence to write stories. It has been wonderful. Prior to that he just wouldn't write much. It took too long to look up all the words.

Here is a quick fix for you! Look up "Google toolbar" add it to your computer. It has a spellcheck built in. Just hit the spellcheck when you finish writing and it will highlight the words that are misspelled. If you right-click on the word it will give you the correct spelling.

...you have the tools you need to educate yourself.

Remember, a smart man knows many things about many things. A genius knows even more...but a wise man realizes what he does not know.

You know everyone I know who has come from the East Coast to Colorado loves it. While you probably have tons of family there. Think about it. 75k for any family these days is a little bit hard to make it on..even here in Colorado..but you would probably be able to work a little less and live a little more. I am going to Jersey in a couple of weeks to stay there instead of New York for cost savings. I am going to DC for the freedom rally. I have to say while I love the culture of the East...it seems like it would be better to get out of there!!

Anyway, let me know if you know of any good hotels on the New York end of Jersey..I am still looking for something clean and inexpensive

I realize there have been many suggestions to get you started on your journey. It is difficult to squeeze in anything working a 90 hour week. It needs to be as simple as possible with as much profitability as possible.Having said that, there is a lot of misinformation in this movement. Not referring to Ron Paul, but the freedom movement.

One needs to cut to the chase so to speak. Look for sites that provide solutions in the way of a plan of attack? There is more than enough info out there telling you what the current problems are. Alex Jones has a lot of info on what these guys are up to, but, he does not offer any solutions to any problems. He is good at stirring people up. We have to be careful not to let people get us stirred up to the point of any kind of violence. The powers that be would love that. This is not to say anyone here is advocating that.

If you just want the current news stories like that which Alex Jones is putting out, go to rense.com

They post all the days news stories. I can't say I agree with Rense, but is convenient for getting the many stories available in one place.

Use learning as part of your entertainment (for the little time you have for entertainment). I try to listen to educational stuff in the car on the way to and from work.

Talking with other people, especially places like these forums, definitely helps. They can often point you to places to get great info.

I just started reading "Economics in One Lesson" because I know nothing about economics. There are words in there I don't understand, but I just look them up and move on. It's a book written for everyone, but the level of education seemed to be higher back then when it was written.

Anyways, don't sell yourself short. Just keep at it. It's like exercise--you just gotta do it and your mind will get in shape, and then you'll absorb more and more.

Also, stay away from the fluoridated water and television ;)

2) listen to www.rprradio.com or www.prisonplanet.com (rprradio has a number to call to listen if you have unlimited long distance and prisonplanet might be a tad too pessimistic for some people)
3) Copy and paste articles from here by doing this:
Left click with the mouse and drag across the words so they're highlighted. Hit at the same time control & c buttons to copy. Open a new document and click control & v to paste into your new document.

Like the MSM there is a lot of disinformation on the internet. On daily paul there are trolls, pessimists, optimists, survivalists, conscientious citizens, boy scouts, all around good people and people who like to do harm so take all of that into account when you read posts (you can check their history by right clicking their name). I have learned so much since I learned about Ron Paul, watch out cause the truth is addictive.

We are all still learning more every day.

Type what you want into a Word document that has spell check. Then cut and paste it into the comment section of Daily Paul. But I don't really care about any mispelt wurds. HaHa. Welcome aboard freedumb. There is much to learn here and abroad. As others have put it, and I agree, you are not dumb, you are groggy and just awakening. I commend you for being curious and concerned enough to want to learn. That is the first and most important step. After a few more cups of Ron Paul coffee, you will feel proud to be truly educated about our country's deteriorating situation, politicians, our failing economy and the real reasons for its failure. You will wake up gradually as we all did, but quickly be many pages ahead of those in society, who still remain fast asleep in front of the TV news.

I always have a book going. Actually, I usually have at least three going at once (maybe a little ADD at work here). The more you read, the better your articulation skills will become. In so far as subject matter is concerned, the right materials are only a question away. When someone displays the knowledge you want, ask them for their sources and then pursue the understanding yourself.

If time is your issue, I found that having a book and a dictionary in my car provides for ample opportunity to get a few pages in "here and there". I always have a book in the bathroom and always on my desk.

Never, never, never, turn on the TV. It is designed to rob you of your thoughts and retard your soul's progress through this experience we call life. There can be no soul growth if it is kept in a state of "suspended animation" by the powers that be. The more you watch...the less you know...and the more manipulated you become.

What ever you do...read The Creature From Jekyll Island. It is the basis for all of the pain that is about to befall us all.

ammonia based refrigerant systems? I was recently at a seminar and one of the comments made was quite amazing. For those who don't know ammonia has been used in the heating/cooling industry for years. It has the ability to absorb heat and relocate it, where it is condensed and discharged etc. Now I am no HVAC person so none of this made sense to me and I am way off track. But back to what was said...Ammonia can be used by any combustion engine (cars, generators etc). The statement was "There is enough energy in the (blank) river to produce enough energized ammonia to serve the US needs 3TIMES over."

Has anyone ever heard this, because ammonia is a natural renewable resource, does not harm the atmosphere etc.

Don't worry about your spelling so much; many people here have problems with spelling because they, like you, came out of a government "education" system that removed spelling from the list of requirements long ago. They did this as one piece of their bigger plan to ruin our society. Think about it: If you can't spell, you can't communicate; if we can't communicate, we have big problems... that's just what they want!

I happen to be good at spelling because it's a gift, and because I spend a huge amount of time writing here and elsewhere. One reason I spend lots of time writing is that I have the time, and because my opportunities for jobs are few and far between. It's safe to say I'm poor. Our monthly budget is of the "hanging on by our fingernails" sort. (: >) There are many others here who are not so well off, too; they're here because they know from first-hand experience that the forces Ron Paul stands against have already done much to impoverish us all.

You're smarter than you think... and humble, that's good. Just watch out for the reactionary people here who like to jump down your throat too quickly when they hear something they don't like (there are a few). They apparently haven't quite caught on yet to the concept of the first Amendment.

The return to Constitutional Republicanism will not be done overnight so you will have time to learn more as we all are doing.

During your 90 hour work week, (compliments of the international banksters.) you can pick and choose to educate those around you who are willing.

You are now a key figure in saving this great nation. Yeah, I know a heavy burden but one worth carrying.

if you can handle listening to a cool radio show, check out Coast to Coast radio in your area. It comes on AM radio and is a very enlightening show - even tho at first you may think it is very weird - they give you many things to THINK about! You don't have to believe everything! but I've learned more from Coast to Coast recently than anywhere else I've tuned in.

Download Firefox. This borrowed laptop I'm on had problems viewing DP so I installed Firefox and it's all better now. As an added bonus there's a spell checker that I'm just now becoming used to.
