Ron Paul backers 'hijack' delegates
Voting results disputed in Minnesota conventions

This just proves, most of
This just proves, most of mccains votes were from his voters the diebold machines. As I understand it they have a hard time going to caucuses.
Rules
Be prepared for a rule at the convention that says unless released by the candidate all delegates shall vote in accordance with the results of their state's primary. If the chairman of a delegation finds that delegates are voting differently he shall announce his state's vote in accordance with the results of the primary. This rule makes all motions to poll the delegation out of order.
It's Monday...
I'm cranky, haven't had my coffee, and my fuse is short when dealing with A-holes like Mr. Barnett
F HIM!!!
It's our party, our government, and our country and WE'RE taking it back.
Sometimes in the Fight to Be Free,
you have to use all measures. Though it may be wrong to use deception, it is their deception that made McCain the frontrunner. I am still looking for the first McCain yard sign, bumper sticker, or a person who voted for him. Do you think Washington used an honest approach to defeat the Brits? He used all the tricks in the book to defeat them. If he would of fought the war using the
line fighting techniques used by the Redcoats, we would of been destroyed, and still under British rule. Washington turned to "guerilla war" techniques, learned from fighting the indians, of using ambushes and fighting from bunkers. Sometimes you have to twist the rules, in order to overcome the powers you are up against. Either we win, or we become slaves to the socialist elites, it's just that simple.
the more i reasearch the more it appeares we did NOT BEAT THE
brittain just another dog a pony show,ie the articals of confederation, the origional constutition, whitehouse burned to the ground, the agreements to continue to payment to the king would not of happened unless there was an agreement and we know the kings were intimidated by the ones who founded this country(freemasons)at least 51 of 55 signers were anyway!
ben franklin lobbied the king of spain to help seems like a power grab on the surface but when you look deeper it appears its the old hagailian dialect (problem, reaction, solution) was a way to win a masonic state
each king was jockeying for power and taking the attention away from the real deal the death cult planting roots here and they would look past any trade agreements for good reason they WON a new safe home where they could florish
"Hijack", my ass.
They showed up and voted. Maybe the country-club republicans aren't used to it, but once in a while the people are going to exercise their prerogatives.

The article says that Dr.
The article says that Dr. Paul got most of the National Convention Delegates. Is this true and if so does that mean we won MN?
Romney campaigners...
Don't think for a "suspended campaign" second that Romney supporters are not trying to be (wink) McCain delegates too....

Be sure to always bring a movie camera. This is the kind of stuff that needs to be shown to everyone. Upload it on YouTube and post on D.P.
I say be deceptive as it takes to win
We don't have time to play nice. F em.
Deceptions will only hurt us
Deceptions will only hurt us in the long run. All deceptions come undone eventually, we should be setting ourselves up as the benefactors of unwinding myths, not the purveyors.
That said, I don't know what the exact question asked was but the fact that it was asked smells rotten to me. A delegate should only need to be a Republican who gets the most votes. Loyalty oaths and the like to any man or candidate have no place in this country.
I disagree, at least in part
One example was cited in Minnesota in reference to a potential delegate who spoke to the convention crowd about John McCain being a Neo-Con, war monger and negative things in general. He was the only RP delegate in that district to not be elected because of his not being deceptive. There is a time and a place for both being deceptive (minority of RP delegates) or not being deceptive (at least a 2 / 3 majority of RP delegates). We must strategize at these conventions and most importantly we must know the rules ( go to WWW.ROBERTSRULES.ORG ) and our respective state's delegate processes.
All deceptions come undone
All deceptions come undone eventually?????? My God, have you not been paying attention? This country is coming down, and every dirty trick has been employed to keep us from being counted. I would at this point use every deception or any means possible to keep this economy from crashing and our country from coming down around our ears.

I'll say what I said above,
I'll say what I said above, good can not defeat evil by becoming evil themselves.
Agreed...
.
generally
Fortune Favors the Bold
but there are practical limits. For example, if you have a roommate, and someone shows up at your door and says, Does Mr. X live here? I want to kill them. It's better to say, no, or Mr. X isn't home.
I agree that there are
I agree that there are practical limits but we haven't yet reached the stage where thugs are going door to door killing people. While we all may see that day in the future, if we become deceivers to those whom we need to bring to our side, when that day happens they will seek another banner to fight back under. Perhaps that banner will be yet another false front, or just ineffective because they don't really understand, and it will have been partially our fault for sending them there.
ahhh BULL CRAP! those
ahhh BULL CRAP! those neocon idiots were the original deceptors.. they just don't like getting a dose of their own medicine! I SAY F%$k EM!
as for me and my home, we shall worship the LORD
My point above is that the
My point above is that the expediency of deceiving people into getting our way sows the seeds of our ultimate undoing.
There is a war raging for the minds, and souls, of men. Upon this war depends the future of this country, and human civilization. The Paul campaign is just a piece of that war for the side of good, a big piece but a piece none the less. If we become deceivers like our enemies, then the war will be lost, even if we win in the battle in the political process, because the victory will be hollow and meaningless.
Do you remember the scene in "A Man For All Seasons" when Thomas More asked his young friend if he would cut down all the trees in the forest in pursuit of the devil? The impatient and unwise young man replied, "Of course", for pursuing the devil is a worthy enough cause to use any means. More's apt reply was, "And what do you do when the devil turns around?". While the situations may not be exactly the same, the principles remain. Good does not defeat evil by becoming evil themselves.
LOL
Sierra, I am cracking up at your comment...followed by your signature line...
an absolute scream...
!!!
I live for this stuff. (Reminds me of my own incongruity)
Dr. Steve says it depends on whether
We Ron Paul supporters have the majority at the meeting. Check out this article by Alan Stang about playing "nice".

I just read through the
I just read through the article twice. While he makes some very good points, I think that he is ultimately wrong. His allusion to the snake at the end gives away his error, but I'll get to that. We have a right to self defense, and while we may be able to characterize our situation as a similar to having a rapist in the room looking for our daughter, this is an exaggeration for the time being. The full yoke of absolute tyranny is not yet on us, nor will it be for some time. Make no mistake, it is coming, but they can't heat the pot too fast or the frog will jump out, and they still have a ways to go until they get to the boiling point.
Where I think he truly errs is in slightly sloppy thinking. In the end he characterizes our enemy as a snake. A hydra would be more appropriate. He is right to say that there are a number of sociopaths, perhaps he even understates this, but it is the fact that there are many that is the problem. If a snake lunges at you, you can chop off its head, but when there are many heads a new strategy is needed. There is no one head to cut, one rapist to shoot or one politician or party to fight. Our battle is, at some level, against the human weakness to pursue power over other men. This requires methods of a different character, namely the pursuit of truth, justice and righteousness. Anything less will at best delay our subjugation.
yes this is a MUST read...

alan totally bitch slaps the GOP. *a thing of beauty*
This is why the Republican
This is why the Republican Party is crap and why we won't go anywhere in it. They will turn us back at every turn. We need to go third party. We've always been trying to build our base in a house that did not like us. We need to build a base in a house that is going to be friendly towards us.
I believe George Bush
said that his toughest job was "trying to convince the American people that there was a connection between Iraq, bin Laden, and 9/11". Then later (after the ware started) when asked what connection there was between Iraq and bin Laden, he said "There wasn't any". But the way he said it made it seem like it was a rediculous concept.
I think this similar to the idea that the winners of war get to write history. Now it is the powers that be that get to write the news.
sarcasm
Hijacked huh? So they came in with guns and threatened the people at the conventions to force them to vote for them? Wow, really? I didn't realize that these conventions got so violent.
Yes, No, or Maybe
I'de be curiuos what the answers were. I wonder what Andy Aplikowsky would have done if they selected Maybe.

Here's what Andy Barnett wrote on his blog re: this article
[Quote] Andy Barnett said...
Personally I admire the Ron Paul supporters for getting organized to get their people in as delegates. It's part of the democratic process!
The part that I think was unfortunate was the deception whether intended or unintended. [End quote]
For those of you who were actually there, you may want to leave a comment on his blog (you deceivers, you! lol) :

It amazes me that the partyliner had the nerve to say RP supporters were deceptive when Obviously they were deceptive in their motivations for the screening process. Don't back down Minnesota! Stand in your Truth and on your Principles! This isn't about a dang party...this is about the Constitution and freedom and what is Right for All of us!
Thank you!!
Its all about delegates and showing up. Thank you RP supporters who showed up. The republican party needs help. :)
Thank you for posting this.
