Copied below is a post I put on Ron Paul Forums. I suspect that Phil Zakszewski is trying to smear me all over the net. If it was just me, I'd let it slide and deal with him directly. Since he is trying to take this nationwide (both on Ron Paul Forums as well as trying to contact other Meetup organizers, I've taken the unusual action of outing him publicly. I'm the meetup organizer for the Orlando Ron Paul group. It is my duty to tell you that we have here on Ron Paul Forums a betrayer. His screen name is 'Delta 5'. I strongly suspect that his real name is Phil Zakszewski a former member of our group.
He has been attacking me personally in our local group. After repeated attempts to reconcile our differences (over tactics, etc.) I had to notify him that he was no longer a member of the Orlando Ron Paul Meetup group. I thought that that would be sufficient stop him from hurting the local efforts.
Personal attacks on me are one thing. But now Mr. Zakszewski has really gone over the line. Thursday night at our local Orange County Republican Executive Committee meeting, all of the 8 Ron Paul supporters were voted 'NO' on becoming members of the committee. I and many others had routinely been elected in previous months.
We investigated and found out that a 'sample ballot' was circulated among The OCREC group with all the Ron Paul supporters highlighted with the a VOTE NO next to their name. The sample ballot was headlined Defend OCREC From Extremist Attacks! Vote YES for these Loyal Republicans as New Members. Another line was Vote NO on those who would distract us from our purpose to elect and support all Republicans.
Of course no Ron Paul OCREC members were given this sample ballot. We only found out about it by one of our members peering over the shoulders of our county Mayor using the sample ballot to determine who to vote yes and who to vote no on.
Needless to say none of the RP supporters won precinct committee person status. This has never happened before. We began to piece together what happened. As we stood outside talking amongst our selves, one of our supporters asked me "Nick, do you know this guy?" I said, "Yes, that's Phil Zakszewski, why?" "He just told me that he helped put together that list of names for the sample ballot. He's the one that pointed out the Ron Paul people and outed them."
Immediately we all began questioning Phil Zakszewski and he finally admitted that he had helped put the list together. He then launched into a tirade about me wanting to destroy the Republican party and that I didn't know what I was doing.
Later people told me that he was lucky that they didn't take him out back and beat the you know what out of him. To argue with me over things is fine. To volunteer to help block Orlando Ron Paul supporters that had gone to two successive monthly meetings and were on the cusp of being voted into the executive committee meetings is unconscionable.
I later contacted the chairman to challenge this outrageous action. After much argument, he did acknowledge that Phil Zaksweski was involved. I urge everyone to spread this man's name everywhere. He is no friend of Ron Paul and has cause irreparable harm to our movement here locally. He cannot be trusted in anyway when it comes to the rEVOLution.
I am hearing from other sources in the state of Florida that he is intent on destroying me personally. That's okay. I can and will deal decisively with this old fart. Now I see in another thread Delta 5 has certain knowledge of what happened at the above mentioned OCREC meeting. He only has 2 posts to his credit as I write this. I have around 300 and have worked tirelessly since the campaign has launched. I have MANY friends here on the forum and many more here in Florida.
Phil Zaksweski don't you dare try and stink up this place by your betrayal of innocent Ron Paul supporters. You have a problem with me show yourself and we'll settle this man to man. Until then you better hide yourself under a rock. I can smell your stench a mile away. Your name is mud and I will personally expose you wherever I hear about you.

Sorry to hear about this guy.
I'm guessing he has a real ego problem. That is why I don't like to see a lot of hero worship in the movement. People tend to get puffed up, start getting addicted to the attention and the admiration, and then all of a sudden its all about THEM. Even Ron Paul would rather that we focus on the message rather than on him.

I had a stranger almost fall off his chair when I told them that the VA released that 17% of the vets of the Iraq wars had committed suicide.
Dr. Paul has said that these wars are illegal! And we know this to be true!
They need us The peace movement is broken. Dr. Paul is right, we have to do it one at a damn time.

Just for what he did to manipulate the vote, I hope this vile creep rots in hell...or some FEMA camp. Thank you for letting us know, I shall watch out for him. Update: I just read the post below about Phil and Pennycat. I don't see how Phil could be considered any kind of worthy Ron Paul supporter in light of the fact that he specifically targeted RP supporters for a "No" vote. Phil went waaaaaaaay over the line IMHO....it's not about personality conflicts....It's About The Constitution!

I too am from the Orlando Meetup group and a member of OREC and I think you stated the issue beautifully. Yes, there is more than one side to a story and we shouldn't get our picthforks out until we hear from all involved.

I'd refrained from posting anything about this issue out of respect for both parties involved, but, seeing as one of the involved parties posted something, I see only fit to shed some light on this situation.
First, some background.
Both Phil and Pennycat are strong Ron Paul supporters, and have been supporting Ron Paul and his message for a while.
There is strong animosity between Pennycat and Phil.
Phil doesn't like Pennycat's personality and tactics, Pennycat doesn't like Phil's attitude.
The Orange County Republican Executive Committee (OCREC) is a fairly old and neocon entrenched organization.
When the Ron Paul meetup group had first decided to get members involved in local politics "take over" the Republican party was a rallying cry posted online. This phrase of course got to the head of the OCREC and scared all the top dogs.
It was a massive shock when at the March OCREC meeting, almost two dozen new precinct leader candidates persons showed up, the majority of them Ron Paul supporters. The OCREC traditionally votes "Yes" on all, and so all these candidates became voting members.
A general fear developed from those running the OCREC, and they looked for a way to sabotage the infiltration.
Pennycat was the noted "leader" of the Ron Paul group, and Phil made no question about his dislike of him.
According to Pennycat, this distrust led to direct betrayal at the April meeting when the paper was passed around showing who were Ron Paul supporters, and to vote "NO" to end this "invasion."
However, according to Phil, Phil managed to convince about 20 "conservative Republicans" to become precinct leaders. He submitted this list to the OCREC bigwhigs. Since Pennycat has been the only one really getting new precinct leaders, it was only a process of deduction to figure out who was Pennycat's guys. The 'sample ballot' was created, and only distributed to known old time Republican members. Phil was in the know, and, seething with anger at Pennycat, said nothing to the Ron Paul group until after the damage was done.
The 'sample ballot' suggested that voting members should vote "YES" on all of Phil's candidates, and "NO" on all remaining candidates.
Funny thing is, at the end of the day, Pennycat didn't know who those "NO" vote people were.
So Phil's guys (and gals) got in, about nine others did not.
A few lessons can and should be learned from this.
1) Don't think that by getting involved in local politics you are "infiltrating" or trying to "take over" the Republican party. Ron Paul didn't sneak back into the Republican party. He is, was, and remains an ardent Republican. We're fighting for the life of our nation, and trying to restore the Republican party. Acting like you're trying to "take over" broadcasts a negative image, and will likely wind up with problems later on.
2) Some Republican parties are heavily controlled by Neocons, and they will stoop to any level to retain control. Don't be a summer soldier. Expect the opposition, and keep fighting.
3) People disagree. It is human nature. But don't let your frustration keep you from listening to all sides of the story. Phil and Pennycat have been duking this out for a while. Now the fight has moved on to Daily Paul, and this is really where is should end. The two are arguing on how to help Ron Paul, and who should lead the charge. Ron Paul wasn't running for President because of some power trip. He was running because the message needed to be heard. The message should be more important than who's running the show.
4) Look deeper into issues that seem cut and dry. Listen to both sides, and you'll often find that most conflicts in the world are simply a misunderstanding. There are basically two ways to end a war: Obliterate all traces of the enemy's civilization, or Sit down and negotiate.
5) Not everyone is our "enemy". Just because many of the people you meet in the Republican party are towing in with John McCain doesn't mean they are Neocons. MANY strong Republicans detest McCain, and are very partial to the ideals of Ron Paul. These people have also been indoctrinated to believe the Ron Paul is a loser and is a member of another political party that is pretending to be a Republican.
Just as you got excited when you learned about how Ron Paul's message makes sense, others will get excited when they learn how Liberty makes sense. The Revolution will go much further if you can turn your "enemies" into your allies.
6) This Revolution is just beginning. The greatest danger is infighting. End it. Now. Whatever your differences, whatever your issues with your fellow Paul supporter, find some kind of resolution and move on towards the real goal. It doesn't matter if someone else's money is spent on a Blimp, a Ron Paul house, a Ron Paul GrannyWarrior van, or a pair of shorts at a mixed martial arts tournament. What matters is that people got involved, and got excited, and Paul's name and ideals got out there. Bickering and fighting about who's got the bigger dick (pardon my language) only ends with two guys arguing in the locker room during game time.
7) This is a long term endeavor. It is going to take YEARS to get rid of the FED, get the public to wake up, and get our economy back on its feet. That means the person you're angry at (short of whacking them in the back of the head with a shovel and burying their remains) is going to still be there, nagging you for years to come. This isn't a "shock and awe" sprint. It is a marathon.

We simply aren't strong enough to take over the party in a matter of months, nor should we try. We should be setting a course while injecting our influence wherever/whenever possible. We will have much more success by building bridges rather than burning them. Every day there is a new lesson for some of us on here. Thanks to those who bring these issues to light so we can continue the education.

about an approval process to get onto this forum. We talk about alot of things that we shouldnt be saying. Like you have to show us proof of donations to RP or something like that. What happened to the moderator thing that was suppose to happen here. I know when I joined a letter writing campaign I had to send them recent proof that I donated to RP. Also be the way we shut down our Boston meetup group to new comers, they all have to be approved now

A little step away from what our philosophy is? Aren't we supporting keeping things completely transparent and honest? I also worry about the spying that is taking place, but had it not been for the DP being open and transparent, I would not have kept abreast of the process we are undergoing and our strength as far as delegation. Its not like I can count on the MSM to tell me about these things, and I never associated myself with any Ron Paul sites except ronpaul2008.com where I donated because I was going completely under the radar.
I don't think we should be like Hillary and Obama sites where everything has to be "approved" like in China.
Just my two cents on the issue.

I think most of us do want transparency within our ranks, however, there are times when stealth is required.
Just ask the Sons of Liberty. Had they not operated undercover, we may never have had the country we so deeply cherish and fight for today.

Good job exposing the spy. I knew spies were here and on other websites where RP supporters gather and discuss strategy and philosophy. That is why I never joined ANY Ron Paul websites or Meetups or anything until AFTER I had been elected as a state delegate. Now, I am a lot less worried, because I am not intending on attending the national convention and do not have to worry about a detractor. I also became the new precinct chair for next cycle, so again I have no worries about anyone knowing who I am now.
Maybe you should see if you can speak with local media and see if they can expose your mayor using a "cheat sheet" to blackball other GOP members. Also find out any grievance process you can use, even including the state GOP HQ to complain to and see if they can do something about it.

I wish more people thought like you did/are..... If people only knew how deep the evil we are fighting goes....and how old it is on earth they would take MASSIVE PRECAUTIONS in everything they do to promote RON PAUL.....
