I have noticed several times, that right when a Senator gets to key point that the public should hear, they break away. They just did it again with the femal Senator when she started talking about price of oil.
i would like to say "long live the Iraqi freedom fighters." i have no ill will whatsoever towards the people of Iraq. i see them for what they are. patriotic people who are giving their all to drive out the evil occupier. i only hope that Americans have the same fighting spirit if we should be occupied.
i have a brother who is still in the Marine Corps and he supports my views. i have no sympathy for any American serving in Iraq. you go to another man's home and tell him how to live you have to realize he may not take kindly to that. and that's exactly what is happening with Iraq. they have proven our "help" is no longer welcome.
It scares me how much some of the Senators are selling the accomplishments of this conflict. Liberman literally read a speach, than to question. Actually, only Kennedy asked hard questions. I sure wish RP was a senator right now. He would rip them a new one.

critical in measuring the "surge" and quoting the two Generals who have said it isn't going well....it's over etc.
