But what if we refused to continue playing the charade, and played the commerce game instead? What if we learned how to control the flow and movement of entries, figures and digits, for our own benefit? Is that possible? And if so, how? How can the real man in the real world, function in the fictional world in which the commerce game exists?
When in commerce do as commerce does - use the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). The UCC-1 Financing Statement is the one contract in the world that CANNOT be broken. The power of this document is awesome.
Since the TDA exists for the STRAWMAN - who, until now, has been controlled by the government - WE can gain control and ownership of the STRAWMAN by first activating the TDA and then filing a UCC-1 Financing Statement. This does two things for us.
First, by activating the TDA we gain limited control over the funds in the account. This allows us to also move entries, figures and digits ... for OUR benefit.
Secondly, by properly filing a UCC-1 Financing Statement we become the "holder in due course" of the STRAWMAN. A filed UCC-1 is public notice of a registered lien by a real human being who is the secured party, upon the STRAWMAN, the government-created, foreign non- registered corporation. With the STRAWMAN under our control, government has no access to the TDA and they also lose their go- between, their liaison, their connection to the real, living man and woman. No longer a subject, you become a free sovereign once again. You declare your independence!
You don't have liability for your STRAWMAN. If you do commercial assignments, you have an asset called a Bill of Exchange which you can spend out. The birth certificate represents the body. The SSN represents the commercial account. Behind every birth certificate is a $1,000,000 bond which is pre-paid financing on any activity of the STRAWMAN. Some people have used their TDA to pay off their home or commercial mortgage, bank or student loans, tax liens, or credit card debt..
When you own your STRAWMAN and anyone else charges against HIM, then that is commercial trespassing. If anyone goes after your STRAWMAN and wins any monetary award against the fiction of your STRAWMAN, then you (the real person/ secured party) get the first $1,000,000 of that because you have the first lien.
In addition to your own freedom reclaimed, you will remove your collateral and participation from the frauds, manipulations, and extortion that have been perpetrated in your name. When enough people have reclaimed their birthright, we can also reclaim our constitutional republic that was intended to serve us in protecting our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

In court I have been asked by judges and judge pro-tems if I was representing myself. I believe this is a trick.
If I say yes, then I am then claiming my corporate "strawman" is acting on behalf of myself. I have looked up the word representation in several dictionaries including the Black's Law dictionary and it it impossible for a citizen to represent themselves without being someone other than themselves. Thus the strawman is invoked to bring us into that particular jurisdiction.

At UCC 1-207. A valid reservation of rights must be reserved upfront or you are bound by that particular jurisdiction. Once a reservation of rights is declared "without prejudice" the"court" must run in harmony with all your rights intact, Constitutional or otherwise. By not doing so, you are bound by that jurisdiction and liable for any instrument they are enforcing. We cannot be compelled by the court to acquiesce the instrument in question. If the court enforces the contract illegally, all officers and agents can be sued.

this thread back up, but I found a really good article on it, see below. Also, last night I was listening to Coast To Coast AM and a guy named Tom Cryer was on talking about taxes. He said he will be a speaker in DC April 15th. He also said it is expected that 100,00 people are expected at the rally.
He was talking about people getting hung up on the straw man issues and other things that he said came out ot the IRS to get people sidetracked. He also mentioned that fact that people are giving their labor at the wholesale price and that someone else was making a profit off your labor and that it is worth more than you are getting.

This idea appeals to the "lets outsmart the crooks at their own game" in us all, and seems to be predicated on the principle that judges in their administerial capacity will simply follow statutory protocols when presented the appropriate forms... as if all we need to do is file the right combination of forms in the right way and then we're free... free from what? Crooked rules? Long gone are the days (which supposedly existed once) when lawmakers regarded Law as an ideal... an ideal held as "Self-evident". As in most societies of past and present, most "rules" of society are enacted to benefit a few at the expense of everyone else. I am amazed at how close this country got to achieving a relative balance of Liberty to enjoy Life in its many wonders across its population. Though even in its beginnings, many (blacks and women) were denied equal standing with white men. And it is hardly surprising that their civil rights (in becoming 14th Amendment citizens) came at the cost of white men's sovereign rights (in becoming 14th Amendment citizens).
My point is that it is impractical to expect present day makers, judges and enforcers of the "law" to go about their business with our high (Constitutionalist) ideals, when we ourselves are not in their positions - the good Dr. Paul, notwithstanding. (Go Ron Paul!) Until you can find a way to utilize the Strawman to pay off legislators, judges and the police, it will never amount to justice or freedom for all, and even then, especially then, it will remain a questionable tactic. Don't get me wrong... I'm tickled by the many approaches in capitalizing on the Strawman, but more will benefit from our collective investment into this Ron Paul Campaign... at least in my humble opinion.

by the Canadian (bottom of page). He has been to court many times. It's interesting how he handles the situation by not acknowledging the court when they ask is JOHN SMITH his legal name. He claims to not have a legal name but a family name.
Is it true or not, I don't know. He's like a Canadian Jesse Ventura.

I've gone through the redemption process and it took me.....
approx. 8 mos. Recording your UCC financing statement, security agreement, birth certificate, etc, through your birth state or one of the regional UCC facilities (i.e.West Va.) is immediately recorded once accepted per the clerk, however, the federal processing of UCC documents through the United States Treasury takes much longer (it took me approx 8 mos. and that was with everything in proper order). If you do not have all of your UCC documents in proper order upon filing, they (the feds) will not accept it. I had posted on previous threads a couple of days ago on this forum about this very subject. It is a powerful tool if not abused and used for what it was intended. For anyone who has not gone through the process to comment negatively is inappropriate. You must understand, the first guy Roger, in the early 1990's, went through this process to get his affairs in order on his way to becoming a full fledged "sovereign". I have known about this for several years and it is the ultimate conspiracy of all conspiracies, I personally know people that have gone through this process and have seen their paperwork accepted and sent back with confirmation from governmental bodies.
It is incredibly complex and took me two years to figure it all out, even now, four years later, it is again hard to explain.

Even though all these things may be true we are living under a dictatorship of bullies and tyrants and they don't give a $#!t about this stuff, so in some sense it's sort of a moot point to go through the process of filing all this stuff.
We need to get this topic out in the open and into the mainstream which is why I'd really like Ron Paul to look into this and address it. Go to the Ron Paul ask a question thread and comment to ask ron paul if he is familiar with the UCC/Redemption process and if he could explain it to us or look into it himself if he is not familiar with it. I am guessing that he is familiar with it and most all of its aspects.
This stuff is very complicated and aggravating to try and understand, I would keep it to yourself and not try to educate anyone on it because they will only think you are crazy.

This really brings back memories. I've known about this for over 7 years now. One of my Mom's friends are sitting in jail right now because she caught the brunt of the force by being part of a ring of people doing this. She was the accountant and legal paper person. Anyways, be careful. All of UCC is true, just watch your back.

I'm beginning to feel absolutely clueless. The other day I had to ask what "false flag" meant; now I need to ask: what is TDA? I tried to determine the meaning from the article, but can't figure it out. Then again, I really don't know what is meant by "Strawman," either, nor why it is typed in ALL CAPS. I think I need a Daily Paul dictionary!
So much for my college education...and here I thought I had a well-rounded vocabulary!

You're not alone.
This is pretty new stuff for most people. I think Galactic was responding to a post that was put up a couple of days ago.
The gist of it is, when your parents name you and place that name on a government birth certificate they, in effect, create an entity (like a corporation is an entity with almost human-like characteristics). So your parents name you John Smith but, to the government, you are JOHN SMITH. Not a physical person but an entity which is under their control. They've enrolled JOHN SMITH not John Smith. There are some on the Daily Paul who refused to give the nurses the names of their children while in the hospital and did not sign any birth certificates.
JOHN SMITH is bound for the rest of his life by the laws of the system his parents unknowingly signed him up for when he was born. However, had they refused to sign the birth certificate, John Smith would have been a free man. There are those who have supposedly removed themselves from the government's system and act under the UCC (a commercial legal system which has been around for centuries). Because you are no longer JOHN SMITH to the government, their laws no longer effect John Smith the physical person.
I don't know if I'm 100% correct but it is definitely an interesting concept. I'm sure there are others here that can clarify even more.
I posted a link (probably below this post) to some videos by a Canadian who claims to have left the system and no longer has a STRAWMAN.

When you file for the remedy (Redemption Process)......
and once the UCC documents are processed and accepted per the U.S. Treasury, you still have a "strawman" (you don't lose it per se) and now you CONTROL that strawman (your name in all caps).
So, We're Like A Corporate Entity?
So, when my name "John Smith" got entered onto my birth certificate, I instantly became sort of like, "JOHN SMITH, INC." or some such?
How can such a thing be done unilaterally? I'll confess, I haven't yet read the related article (::blush:: -- I usually do read links before I comment, honest -- today is just crazy busy!), but it seems creating an entity such as a corporation or LLC or the like just might require, say, a mutual agreement on the part of both parties, or it wouldn't be binding in the least.
Seems to me that the only thing a person would need to do in order to opt out of the system, would be to file a single notarized document declaring that you never knowingly or willfully entered into any such agreement whatsoever, and that you therefore recognize no such entity as "JOHN SMITH".
But I'm guessing the reality is much more complicated than that!

Yes, some have filed papers with entities to reclaim their sovereignty.
The argument in brief:
1. What is the legal age to enter into a legal binding contract?
Ans: 18 usually
2. How can a newborn baby legally enter into a legal binding contract (birth certificate) as a newborn, which will bind them legally for their life?
Ans. They can't. However, their parents sign for them.
3. Does this mean their parents are legally bound to their children's contracts?
You see, some of these newborns grew up and discovered their parents (unwittingly or coerced) signed them into slavery. So these children, now grown-up, send their documents back to agencies. (There are specific rules to doing this).
Most of these newly-sovereign people quickly realize they do not know how to fight certain battles (driver's license, car insurance, etc.) so they compromise and keep one foot in Egypt and one foot in freedom.
Hence Ron Paul. A man of integrity who understands the precepts of liberty and freedom. That's why he gets my vote no matter what -
