It is time we the citizens of The United States Of America stand up and call the FBI to report this crime!! Federal crimes are for the FBI right???? What if every meet up group called their local FBI office or better yet--went down to the office with a copy of the law that he has broken and demand that they investigate him or arrest him......

Will more than likely not take place. The most I see coming out of this violation of law is fatty sanctions, such as fines and possible caps on funding. Problem is, the GOP has got his back, even though he isn't a true republican. It would be hilarious though if he would be charged and found guilty of breaking his own mandated law.it would tarnish his reputation as a whole even if to be tried, and not found guilty. Do not let me deter anyone from trying, There is a lot to be gained here, and the dems are on board as well.

What did the FBI say to you when you called them?
first time I called the National Number and was on hold, then
talked to someone, who told me that even though the crime was being perpetrated on a national level, I needed to call my local office....
so I clicked the link above, and found my local office. Then I called them....spoke to an agent...and as I told him what I knew, he got very interested. and asked me if I had any evidence...like firsthand eye witnesses, or copies of the loan documents that were fraudulently signed(yes he agreed that if a person lies on a loan application and it is discovered that it is illegal) He then said that he would need a copy of alleged evidence to open a case. I asked if one was already open, and he said he could check, but even if it was, that it was their policy to not comment on any ongoing investigation\, so that basically he wouldn't be able to tell me if one was open or not..
All in All I thought that it went well, I mean now we know we need a file that point blank shows what law he has broke, and has the evidence that they could use in a court of law to prosecute him

What if we all filed written criminal compliants? These could also be filed in every Police department in every city in the country. The Police Departments must act on any written complaint and would then have to get with the DA to see if indeed he broke any of the laws and if he did, take appropriate action or explain why they didn't to the complaining party.

.. never happen. And if someone ever gets around to taking it to court it will be after the elections and the result will just be a fine and McCain's supporters will cover the tab. Just like the Clinton's supporters covered all their legal expenses and the Clintons ended up with a nice stash of cash in excess of legal expenses..

Hopefully federal law is important enough to the FBI in order for them to step in and do something about this. Honestly, I would be a bit surprised if they do anything more than simply passing the buck.
If you think that calling the FBI and reporting (with
piles of documentation) a crime is going to get any action from them, I invite you to go ahead and try it but be prepared to be ignored. I have made the attempt in the past, even appealing to my so-called "representative" in congress, and I got two letters from them in which they explained that:
1. They operate on a "limited" budget....as if there is anyone on earth who does not operate on a "limited" budget.
2. The "drug war" / "terrorist threat" / (fill-in-the-blank) problem in the U.S. consumes most of their resources.
3. Hire a private attorney and handle the matter in a civil complaint.
well look, the way I see it , is if we have our documentation
together.. and many of us go to each of our local offices with the correct documentation showing a just cause for an investigation....someone is going to take action....yes your right many will ignore it , but if we do nothing then aren't we in a way an accessory to the fact???? (this is what the FBI agent said to me on the phone....he also said that he could check the computer and to see if an investigation had been opened, but that if it had , he could not tell me due to "ongoing investigation clause")

Asking the FBI to arrest McCain is akin to asking the Stasi to arrest Hitler. You don't ask the servants of tyrants to arrest the lead tyrant. It's just not going to happen. That said, kudos for trying.

SUCCESS AGAIN !!!! Just spoke to the local FBI OFFICE...
He said that what needs to be done is as much "alleged" evidence that can be obtained should be compiled and turned in to the local office. If a crime looks as if has been committed they will take action.
Which puts the ball back in our court.... If anyone is savvy enough to know the legal points that he violated, please put together a file we could download or email to each other, then we can all submit this knowledge to the separate FBI offices nationwide...this will/can cause headaches for the mccain camp....
Here is what points I know of please feel free to add to this list:
---put fraudulent information on his loan request for collateral to secure his 4 million dollar loan
---used his approval letter from the FEC to get on the ballots in several states, allowing him to bypass the signatures needed...
---any thing else???

Here is how we go about getting McCain arrested....
They said each person needs to call their local FBI office(see link) and report the crime there....so we need 50 states to call their local FBI office and report this crime.....let us know what success you've had.... this could change things people BIG TIME!!!!!!

You don't suppose that McInsane put some fine print in this bill, probably on the back of one of the pages, that excuses him them obeying this law? If not, the FBI should arrest him and put him in jail where he belongs.
