Revolutionaries,
I volunteered a few months ago via msp2008.com and received no response. So I called the Host Committee five times this month. Yesterday I got a call from the Marianne with the Minneapolis St. Paul Host committee. A new application form will be up on today or tomorrow. If you are committed to Ron Paul being the next President and want to be a part of the REVOLUTION. Sign up!!!!

Here's What It Says Now
On their Volunteer Page, it says only this:
"We appreciate your desire to volunteer and ask you to please check back in a few days for details and to apply."
[On a side note, I must say their url reminds me of mst3000...now I want to see Joel and the bots...]

Becoming a volunteer is as important if not more important than becoming a delegate. Volunteers will be able to influence delegate opinions. The will be a voice of the people. See you in St. Paul.
Did they say why they were
Did they say why they were putting a new form up? I submitted my application several weeks ago as well and never heard anything. What are they going to do with the already submitted applications? Just trash them?
Even our trying to do somethhing as noble as volunteering.....
appears controversial; at least from their ( "GOP") untrustworthy view of the world. Too many RP volunteers at the St. Paul Convention most definitely does seem to be an unrelenting concern of the Neo-Con "power brokers".
Possible reason
Someone commented on another thread about this subject that the committee is looking for more specific info. on possible volunteers, like areas of expertise, etc. Maybe there will be new fields for those items.

I think that every one who
I think that every one who can, and who is not a delegate, should try and be a volunteer. We will need the power of the force in St. Paul. Being a volunteer will be more efective that a march because you will be part of what is going on.
