Had a good piece about how the FLDS was a big recipient of TX state welfare money, due to all the "unwed" mothers bearing children. Just another one of their scams. How can one man support ten wives and all their children? They can't, so the state kicks in under false pretenses.

Now, I don't support one iota what the state is doing to the women and children, it's quite sickening in fact. What did the children do wrong to be traumatized this way?

Instead, why didn't the APC-driving sheriff's deputies just round up all the men that declared themselves to be gods? Weren't they the ones allegedly abusing young women and girls?

This is so f'ed up in so many ways.

This is just more proof that polygamy is contrary to human dignity. People are not bred to be slaves. Every individual has the right to be born of one man and one woman as an exclusive mating pair.

Good to know at least some tiny fraction of my tax money goes to something other than bombing foreigners and abducting children….
